The guy I followed in threw the rest of his joint on the ground by the door. Not exactly kid friendly. Whole place smelled like smoke. Sounded like more of a hook-up kind of place.

Love that we got 5 rooms and what I didn’t like is the rooms were dirty showers had black dust in the bottom, had to change rooms because the floor was caving in.

It was very convenient- right off 75. There were plenty of choices for shopping and restaurants. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. However, the building was tired (bathroom doors peeling) and the bathroom floors were not the cleanest. Splattered paint spots and you could tell it hadn’t been mopped…dirt spots all over. The tub and toilet were clean and counters or I would have changed rooms. The beds were clean as well. We just wore socks for the floor situation.

I liked the location of property….however the property is very dated…..the room smelled of wet animals and the carpet was more like a rug it was laid about 1” away from baseboard…….the hair dryer was broken and smoked when I plugged it in. Was disappointed the pictures on website do not match the facility. To be fair I did not complain so I do not know if these issues would have been resolved or compensated. Wouldn’t choose this same property again.

The lobby reeked from the stench of cigarettes. I had forgotten that most hotels have long ago ceased to allow smoking. Now I remember why. That nauseating smell is everywhere. My room was ok. Furniture is dated but in good condition. I had to put down a $100 deposit for the room. Most hotels only require $50 if any. Staff was not overly friendly of accommodating.

Check in was fantastic very friendly and warm. Perfect person for the job. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times this room was unclean on many levels. Leaky toilet as well. Room was not fit for service. I’ve never had this inconsistency at this location before

The staff were great. I have to have an accessible room, got it…was told it was a non-smoking room. Sign on door said it was a non-smoking room. The room absolutely *reeked* of cig smoke. It was the worst first of all the bathroom was dirty. The floor had trash on it. I had to go to the store and get some disinfectant and some Fabuloso to clean my room before I even lay down. The staff was horrible. Coffee wasn’t fixed the complimentary coffee was not fixed, I asked for extra towels and they said that they had a full house and they have no towels clean. The check out was even horrible checking out trying to get a receipt from them was like pulling teeth. The person at the front desk said she was the manager very rude , I give this a one out of 10 if you can muster up a little bit more cash stay somewhere else this was horrible as a matter of fact, I am going to be in contact with corporate

Dirty floors
The carpet was so dirty when I stepped in shower water turned black. I swiped a wash cloth one time on carpet (left in photo) and bath tile floor (right in photo). I took to front desk and was told they look into it since I was staying 10 days. Never cleaned and I checked a few time. I was so busy at work didn’t want to get a new hotel.

When i arrived the hotel waa very clean, my room smelled great and it waa very comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel. The only down size problem i had was the pool was closed due to weather im assuming, we had alot of rain and the pools outside.

Our stay for one night for the price was ok for just passing through. Check in & the employees were were nice! The rooms and hotel are old, could use an update! The bed we comfortable and sheets were clean but the bathroom towel could use some bleach or new ones. The bathroom plumbing worked but slow drain on tub & sink. The grounds could be keep nicer, cleaner!

The staff were friendly but not super organized. Place was clean enough, but not spectacular. Bathtub had stains and bathroom floor tiles were cracked. Didn’t have a shower curtain until we asked for one. It was an economical stay and got the job done.

I had seen the reviews prior to checking in. The front desk was super nice and she told me if any thing was not satisfactory to let her know. The outside want the cleanest, there was trash around. The room was fine but a little dirty around the edges. Had to call because the refrigerator wasn’t working. They replaced it while we were at dinner. Took a shower the next morning and the tub did not drain. I called down to have it fixed and they did that day while we were out. We had an end room and it was very quiet. I found housekeeping in the morning and switched our towels out. He was very nice. There were a few interesting people there but no one bothered us. We weren’t there very much, just to sleep and shower. Overall for the price it was spot on.

Just ok for one night
The check-in staff at this hotel were super friendly and even changed my room so we could have a main floor room. The bedroom area of our room was fine and overall, clean, though the carpet could use a good vacuum/cleaning. Baseboards and paint need some repair work too. The bathroom is where they really need to do some work. The paint and ceiling is coming off in multiple areas...the back side of the bathroom door was filthy...the tub and the sink did not drain properly. This is not a bad hotel and the location is close to where we needed to go so I really hope the mgmt will put some money into repairs and make it look nice. I would stay here again if they can just do some maintenance.

The property was easy to get to and had a Cracker Barrel and many other restaurants close by (walking distance). Not much interaction with staff but I did have they were very pleasant and accommodating for any needs. Did not use any of the facilities such as pool or dining so no comment for these. Only real changes were maybe better edge cleaning in rooms as there was a noticeable amount of dust around the wall edges and there were several locations where they were sunflower seeds around furniture. There was also a large pile of dog excrement on the sidewalk that stayed for the entire 3 days of my visit so maybe more attention to the outside property as well as making sure visitors with large trailers park in the designated spaces for them versus taking up 5-6 spots for those in normal cars. Overall, good value for the price compared to other options in the same area. Overall

The beds in the rooms were absolutely the most uncomfortable thing any of us had ever laid on. You could feel the springs almost coming through. Not to mention killing TWO HUGE COCKROACHES within the 2 days we were there and the lady at the front desk acted as if this wasn’t the first time hearing of it as nothing was even said about it besides “I’ll let someone know” and the toilet barely wanted to flush and shower barely wanted to drain the water out. It was very very slow to do so, if the toilet even would drain. Some times it would take multiple times to go down. This is the most disappointing property I have stayed at when staying at a Red Roof Inn. The lady that was working when checking in though was Very very nice.
