Staff was great. Perfect if going to Rupp Stadium. Room nice. Bed firm but still nice. Nice feather pillows. Full size, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, so no need to bring yours. Also a very nice shower. I could’ve stayed in there forever.

We loved that we could access Rupp internally. Didn't like that the facility ran out of rags/towels. Our room only had one rag and there were three room occupants.

Great place to stay for event at Rupp Arena. Staff is kind and accommodated an early check-in with no problem. Guests park for free across the street in own section of the lot. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable!

Our room wasn't cleaned very well there was fast food wrappers under the furniture and the handle on the desk were broken. For the price we paid we expected it to be much nicer but it was on par with a hotel that cost half the price. The breakfast buffet was very good. If we hadn't been going to a concert at the arena next door we wouldn't have stayed there.

Dated/run down hotel with lackluster service. No soap was provided, the shower head was broken and caked with grime. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered with yellowed mold. Multiple discolorations on the walls and curtains. Curtains do not fully close, so the sunlight shines in bright and early. Our heating broke and when we woke in the morning, the temperature in the room was just over 30 degrees. Tried to grab a bite at the in-house restaurant just to be ignored by the bartender for over 20 minutes. Skip this place, there are plenty of better options.

Staff was top notch! We use to come here in the 80's every state tournament and did so for many years. The only down fall is not much to do in area near hotel. Also, property needs, complimentary coffee 24 hours, especially in mornings.

Very nice stay, quiet and liked that key was required to access elevator. Made it feel very safe. One of the valets there, unfortunately didn’t catch his name, went above and beyond to help us out and will definitely stay again because of that. He is definitely deserving of a higher rating that just 5 stars!

We first got to our room and it was decently cleaned. However, once we were settled for sleep, we discovered two roaches in our room. We called the lobby, and they allowed us to move rooms. However, the blonde young lady working the front desk was very unhelpful and didn’t apologize at all. We get to our new room, go to sleep, wake up the next morning, and there is another roach in our new room. We once again call to move, and we were treated better by another lady who allowed us to move again. Although this lady was nice, we should not have had to move three times to have a clean room. There were a few staff members who were helpful and nice, but the majority made us feel like it was our fault and were rude.

We stayed after a UK basketball game. We were disappointed that we could not valet park as it was full. We did not have any water pressure for some reason. The hotel is very clean & the staff is very friendly. We will stay here again.

We came to stay because of the property being so convenient to the uk game /Rupp arena next door. We got there @430 to check in. Was told we couldn't, that no rooms were available. Super disappointing because we needed to check in and freshen up before the game @ 6. Was told we would get a courtesy call when room was ready. Never received that call and checked in after game. I had to freshen up in my car and 5 degree weather. There were no apologies. No comps. No explanation.

The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Every staff member in the hotel and restaurant were very willing to help and genuinely wanted all guests to have fun and receive good care. We travel quite often, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Had a great stay.
