“Highly recommend”

Great experience with this Hotel - We had to arrive very early for a meeting downtown. We stopped to see if we could pre-pay in the AM so we would not need to bother after the all day meeting. We were given a room and an update because our scheduled room was not ready- at 9 AM. We have never had that service before. Great customer service

“We would stay here again.”

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. There was variety for the breakfast which included eggs, sausage, yogurt, and bananas. We would stay here again.

“Excellent Value”

Conveniently located for my purposes and over-all very satisfactory. Nice area. Continental breakfast was very comprehensive and ample but serving area was small and subject to overcrowding. Not helped by people waiting for self-service waffles and toast to cook. Helpful and friendly desk staff.

“Very Nice Hotel”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had amazing staff. They went out of their way to help us with restaurant suggestions, directions, etc. They even had a shuttle service to take us to nearby destinations when we did not have our rental car.

“Excellent value”

This hotel had excellent services. The hot tub was not working, but they provided passes to a health club very nearby. They were helpful with any questions we had.

“A big surprise”

I was skeptical upon booking because as a rule, my mother and I dont stay in hotels with doors on the exterior. But it was all that was available without bed bugs in the area for our trip to Brandeis University. The desk guy was a little stressed when we checked in and kind of a jerk, but it was late and i get that. We got up to our room and the hallway was dirty so I was like, "Well, here we go.." But when I opened the door to the room, it was beautiful, cool and smelled that "hotel" smell. Very clean, new carpet and bedding. Lovely. We actually added two nights to our stay through Expedia because we were so pleased. In doing so, there were no non-smoking rooms to be had, but when I went down the next morning, the young lady at the desk (Shantell??) noticed that we had a smoking room and immediately upgraded us to business class and we had a non-smoking room...talk about service! The pool was closed (bummer) and the mexican restaurant out front SUCKS! But the hotel is nice and safe and very quiet. We were so pleased and my mom even says she will come back and stay there again when they come to visit!

“More than adequate”

When we checked in, the AC/heat didn't work. The entire unit was replaced within minutes. The breakfast was much better than the traditional continental breakfast that one would normally expect. Room was clean and very quiet. All said, it was a great experience.

“Comfortable and Clean”

I was in Lexington for a wedding, so I was out and about most of the time. I didn't spend much time in the hotel. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

Located near interstate 95, with relative quick access to Boston. Rooms were clean and the price is reasonable especially if compared to some hotel prices downtown.
