The staff is beyond helpful and curteous. Truly concerned with my comfort and that my stay was top notch. Also, made sure to inform me of all the amenities offered and the hot breakfast was excellant! Pricing was upfront and clear and the rooms are VERY CLEAN. The atmosphere has a very historic vibe too. The only thing that would be lovely, is an added awning to the front where you check in it was pouring down rain and I was soaked before I could get to the counter, also safety handles to step into the tub. Mine was a little slick. It could be a hazard to the next guest.

I would have given this a much higher rating but the carpet was musty and covered up by a very strong smell of disinfectant. The mustiness became apparent in the morning when the smell of the disinfectant lessened. The location is great with good food choices close by. The staff were friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast was sufficient but limited choices.

The bedroom was ok. Was suprised the sink was not in the bathroom but across from it. We had a king size bed but the pillows were standard size & very small. The towels were also very small. I put the sign on the outside of the door for no housekeeping and they came in anyway. That upset me as I don't like to have housekeeping in my room until after we leave.

The hotel is convenient, with easy check in and clean. There was a smell to the water from the sink faucet that smelled like sewage, but it was clear and was fine for teeth brushing, it just smelled bad.

It’s right off the interstate and right next to a ton of restaurants and gas stations. The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and significantly less expensive than its newer neighbors.
