The first room we were put in had a broken tv, hole in the wall from construction going on, gum on the wall and no hot water. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. He was working alone so it took some time for us to switch rooms. There were no rooms available with 2 beds so he put us in a suite.

The night clerk Rashad was very helpful and went above and beyond by helping me with getting my bags in the room to getting me drinks from the vending machine you see I have mobility issues and use a walker. Nice young man. Hang on to him

We were told the hotel was having a “soft” renovation. They assigned us a room directly beneath a room that had workers hammering throughout the day. It seems logical that they would put our room in a different location. The hotel was not full-maybe 10 cars in parking lot. It took at least 4 minutes of running water to get it warm for a shower. Ice maker did not work. Back door into hotel broken & not in use. I would not recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️...Very basic hotel. Front desk staff was not at desk on arrival or check out so we had to wait for them to appear. Hotel is full of pink sticky notes denoting areas that need repairs & they were everywhere. Obvious bodily fluid stain on pull-out couch mattress. Included breakfast is underwhelming. If you're looking for a quick, basic place to lay your head as you pass through the area, this will work.

Much improved
Much improved since my last stay! Upgraded tvs and some cosmetic repairs completed. The shower takes a little long to get hot. Side door not working. Staff is awesome and accommodating. Much improved!
