I normally don’t leave reviews, but I can say that the bathroom, the bed and room itself was clean. Wow the Tv, microwave and fridge were in good working condition. Outside maintenance understood the assignment. Housekeeping was prompt.

People where loud beating on walls and doors. Falling all over my car. The office was locked when I went to complain. Had to leave in the middle of the night it got so bad. Called them the next morning and they said they would not refund any of my money back. Would not suggest anyone to stay there.

As to not receiving a refund, since you left after having been on property for a day and departed in the middle of the night, according to your claim, we could not refund any money, as you had used the room after the designated check out time for the previous day. WORST hotel
This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! The room had not been checked out by their staff prior to our arrival. The heater was broken, roaches on the floor, no spare roll of toilet paper and not enough clean towels. I asked for the GM and was told she didin't arrive until 10:30. When she did arrive, she was very unprofessional and showed no empathy to try to make our visit more comfortable. She made nothing but excuses about not having enough employees, etc. I told her the very least she should do was comp our room and she said since I paid online she could not do that. She made no attempt to give me a name/phone number to register my complaint. I definitely will not ever stay at this hotel again.

Gross. Don’t be fooled by pictures.
This place is gross. Door locking the building was broken - unsafe. The first day housekeeping came in the room, took used towels, didn’t replace them, didn’t make beds or replenish coffee. Coffee machine in breakfast was broken - other reviews indicate it had been broken for more than 2 mos. They ran out of in room coffee packets. No housekeeping seen for rest of 4-day stay until last night. Floor was sticky. Oh, and the free breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Never again.

My housekeeping report show that on Sunday you requested No Service. When a report comes through as Anonymous it says alot although I know that you are Ms Smart.

My non smoking room smelled of heavy smoking. I have asthma and could not sleep there. Also questionable people drinking beer in parking lot made me feel unsafe. Management was kind enough to give me refund and I went to another facility

Not the best experience
The pillows were not great. The mattress was dirty, we know this because the fitted sheet didn’t really fit the mattress!! The bathroom had just a sink, no countertop.
