Pros: Lovely situation near the river
Cons: Part of the building looked derelict. A bit worrying at first
Location: Lots of small towns etc. in vicinity.
Roxanna was such a sweetie. Professional but with such people skills. Made us feel really welcome. Thank you

Excellent friendly B&BPosted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Friendliness. Location - I had a five minute walk to where I was working. And it was only a ten minute walk to the local pub!
Location: I was there to work so didn't really get a chance to do any sight-seeing but what I did see of the Dales was gorgeous.
Having stayed at this B&B about two years ago, I was really looking forward to staying again. Not only did Roxana remember me from my previous stay, she remembered details about my reasons for staying and some of the conversations we had previously had. Everything about the three-day stay was absolutely top drawer.

Very peacefulPosted Sep 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed here for a one night business stopover. The owner of the B and B was extremely warm and welcoming. Stayed in room with four poster bed, very comfortable with large ensuite. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was particularly delicious, opted for full English which I can highly recommend. Would love to return as part of a leisure break as being on business I did not have time to explore the beautiful surroundings.

A very clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent both in terms of quality and quantity. Excellent value and a very helpful young lady looked after our every need, I would certainly looked to book again in the future and extend our stay.

A perfect place to stay for a bit of peace in a crazy world. Small, but perfectly formed, Riverside B and B is warm, comfortable and comforting. Roxana the hostess is lovely and cooks a mean breakfast. Enjoy the sound of the river and the owls at night if you venture out for a stroll.
