This facility is understaffed at the front desk ! It took 1:45 minutes in line to get a door card by checking in at the front desk. There was a Men's conference in Liberal. I will never stay again at this location that's full of excuses.

I called days in advance to make sure our stay was ready and was assured it was. We got there only to find they had trouble finding our reservation. The next morning our keys would not work as they had checked us out. What?!!! Our reservations were for 2 days. Went to the desk and they said, "No. Your reservation was for one day." So I went back upstairs to get our confirmation letter. Back downstairs. Back upstairs and our keys wouldn't work again. That night, there was heavy walking/pounding above our heads the ENTIRE night. Don't know if they were doing laundry there or what. The caulking was cracked around the tub and no soap available if using the tub for a bath. Won't stay there again unless it's free. ha! But . . . the bacon was good, although very greasy.

I love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, but the check-in person was less than friendly. We had no soap in our room. The TV did not work and the front desk really could have cared less. Despite the fact that Expedia lists a pet fee is $50, we got charged $75. This hotel needs some work and I’m surprised that they charge the rate they charge for this hotel. It is not worth it!

I reserved a handicapped room and was disappointed to find that it had a tub shower and only one grab bar. There was a walk in shower but the room only had one king bed which didn’t work for us. The pool area had a fantastic handicapped shower but the tile floor was too slippery.

Fix the elevators before they become unusable.
The stay was ok up until the departure day when the elevators weren’t working. I was only on the second floor but I was in an accessible room for a reason. They apparently had issues with one of the elevators earlier in the week and should have had the other one checked at that time. It was hot near the elevators and they continued to let us on when it made a horrible sound. We’re lucky we didn’t get stuck in there with 8 crammed in people. Then they shut them down.

I am surprised the shower has only one small shelf. We use our own bath and shower products when we travel and there is no place to locate them except on the shower floor. The room was rather small with a King size bed in it.

Room was huge, but odd layout. Staff was ok but not real friendly. Refrigerator in the room was in a nook where the door hit the edge and didn’t close all the way unless you moved the refrigerator a little as you closed it.

Beautiful room great breakfast... We'd been driving for 14 hrs and were really tired and when I walked in I had to call for a front desk ( I love to be greeted in arrival) I had a recent surgery and am using a cane but was not offered a handicapped accessible room and would've made a huge difference in the bathroom. Couldn't get the TV to work because of the wifi antenna location and we really needed the weather reports why don't you secure it to the TV? Great room great beds great breakfast
