Enjoyed stay. Motel starting to show age, but still acceptable. Wished breakfast was open until check out time of 11:00am

It was great for the price. Restaurant needs significant improvment with food and staff.

“Clean and decent place in Liberal”

An older hotel but kept clean and neat. Convenient location on the highway. My main difficulty was in communicating to the staff as they couldn't understand me in English out my Spanish, and I had difficulty understanding their accent in English or Spanish. The result was a double billing for the room. But when it's night in the middle of nowhere after a long st on the road, I decided it was a battle for another day. Bottom line, clean and decent facility and recommended and near the Dorothy museum

"I thought it was fine, overall" 1st room, first night, all perfect. couldn't ask for better 2nd room, second night, carpeting & furniture worn and torn and splitting in places both rooms, bathroom pineapple colored...ewww People very nice, friendly, helpful

“Nice stay on a budget”

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The overall hotel was run-down and needs updating though. The kids were able to enjoy hot fresh waffles for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget.

Quaint hotel but old. Noise level high. Amenities lacking including bar that opens whenever the employee shows up. interesting system for nonsmoking rooms.

The paint was worn, the carpet was worn. The bed was clean and comfortable.

“Perhaps a little over rated”

A bit run down in places and in need of a makeover. A satisfactory value for the money. A decent place to stop when travelling through this part of the country. The hotel's 3-star rating is perhaps a little generous.

“Not for a first choice.”

Our room was clean, quiet, and everything worked. There are some problems with the upkeep of the hotel. The breakfast area was tacky and the breakfast was dreadful.
