I Payed on Hotels.com app. When i checked out they couldn’t give me an invoice for my business. They told me that Booking .com allows them to print an invoice out but Hotels.com/Expedia Does Not The receipt on the booking is not good enough for a business

Massive rooms, loads of space
Massive room for 3 people, loads of room even with our other two friends to sit and have a laugh. Free parking which you don’t see to often these days. Well worth the price for what we wanted.

I have never experienced something so horrible in any hotel somewhere else. At 23:30 while I just arrived my room, someone entered my room because the reception gave her the same room. Fortunately I just arrived and didn’t undress myself yet… next day while I checked out, complained about it, I was told that their manager will contact me later to apologise, but not at all, seems they think it is normal and don’t really care. Anyway won’t recommend any one (especially lady who travel alone) to take this hotel, it is really not safe.

Great location for the airport as you can see the planes from the windows, yet the room was very quiet and comfortable with good desking for work and selection of TV channels. I had a small leak coming through the fire alarm sensor which was minimal but the hotel staff were responsive and apologetic as I could not move rooms due to the hotel being full. Gym was adequate for quick work out and the restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast.

Numerous errors with the electronic key for room - kept trying to say it was because of proximity to my mobile - I kept key in my car away from phone and still had issue - manager then came with his master electronic key and had same issue - opened the room with the master manual key. Would have been nice to have been believed the first time and had maintenance fix on the first day.

Good if you have business in the area
It’s a good hotel if your business is in the area. I was in a business trip there, and the office was 10 minutes away, so it worked out perfectly. The breakfast I believe is included and it offers good options. Coffee from the machine is not so good.

Great location, quiet hotel with fantastic staff
Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Even though you are next to the airport we did not hear a single plane as triple glazing. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and excellent quality food. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was really good and great value for money. All the staff were brilliant - the hotel is really lovely and was a great location for the F1 just 40 mins drive away and room was very comfortable to return to after long days. Would definitely recommend this hotel - really enjoyed our stay.

We booked last thing and we still got a travel cot and a room with plenty of room for 4 of us. Outside the hotel didn’t look finished but can’t complain about the service.

Great for free parking/airport stay
Very convenient location for the Liege Airport. Bit out of the way if you are planning on staying in/near Liege center. Picked this hotel because it had free parking -which when we arrived -there were no spots available. Luckily, they told us that we could park in the airport parking lot and they would cover the cost. We were first given room 419, but the air conditioning didn't work. They tried to reset it and we called for a fan around 11pm. We never received the fan, so we called again at around midnight. They ended up moving us to room 306 because they couldn't fix the AC. The beds and room were clean/comfortable. I'd recommend to anyone that needed free parking/a place to spend the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty Average, not particularly memorable.
It was more of a typical European basic business hotel. The room allocated had two small twin bed despite booking a double bed... the pillows again were European style very thin foam pillows which personally I don't get on with. The bathroom amenities were very basic with wall hung dispensers for hand wash etc. The location as expected was Liege Airport, there is nothing else of note sound within walking distance. Parking was very limited on my arrival with all spaces taken by day conference guests. The upside of the hotel was the restaurant which had a good selection of food beer and wine.

Good overall. Rooms quiet & bed comfortable. Choice of food at Breakfast was pleasing. Staff very friendly & efficient. Nice place for an overnight stay (which is what it was designed for. I was there for 4 nights, so the lack of other restaurants close by wasn't ideal, but apart from that the hotel provided everything that it should.

Great for Liege Airport but little else
Hotel is on the airport estate. 5 mins walk from the passenger terminal but thats all there is there. Its around 8 miles to the nearest town centre The airport only seems to operate late evening to early morning so there is no where to go if you have time to kill. Restaurant is expensive and the food mediocre.

Airport hotel useful for Belgian gp
Right next to the airport we stayed here for Belgian gp. It's restaurant area was being refurbed but this caused us no problems and suggests it should be better in the near future. Ate at the hotel on 2 evenings whilst staying here to watch the Belgian gp and can recommend the meatballs in particular! It's a long way out of the city centre but the staff were helpful in explaining there is z bus that leaves from a nearby village (10 minute walk away) that costs 2.5 euros each way and takes about 30 minutes when it doesn't run from the airport ( the airport was very quiet not many flights). Alternatively you can get a taxi for about 21-25 euros each way. If you need to stay close to the airport this really is ideal as you can walk to the terminal quite easily by the look of it. We drove and there was free and easy parking in the hotel.

Needed a stop over between flights. Ideal location, as we were very tired and had travelled 2days!Had lots of luggage. Hotel staff were very friendly but... there was no room service for anything, drinks food ,or even an offer to help with luggage! We are in our sixties and my wife has a broken arm! There was NO SHUTTLE to airport which was about 400 metres on foot, through the outdoor airport carpark! We had to walk! No offer of help from the hotel. This was their normal policy , not justfor security reasons.
