Staff were friendly and helpful, Hotel a good 20 minutes from the centre in a more residential area with nothing else around. No tourist information leaflets available in the hotel. Rpms are quite small and the bathrooms are even smaller with the hot water extremely hot, shower very small. Breakfast was quite poor with items running out and staff having to be asked to refill items and then being told there is nothing left to refill the missing items - this was not acceptable.

The idea of the curtain for shower was uncomfortable and not efficient. The reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Special mention of the person who takes care of the guests at breakfast was super kind and warm in taking care of our needs. She needs a 5 *.

The room was very dark. My sheet was made of some type of paper/plastic. It was right by a busy loud road. There was no AC and it was 87 degrees. I wouldn’t stay here again

The location is quiet good, and free parking is very good for self driving tour, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room not very nice, we are 3 people family but there were 4 bed is too much, and the was no sofe & table in the room.

Great little hotel
We only spent one night but the hotel had everything we needed, including parking on the premises. While the hotel is not in centre Lille, it is in close proximity of it, so we could walk there. If I wanted to be picky, some items require updating like the shower room, one of the mattresses was too soft and one handle was missing from the window. In any case if the price is good I would definitely stay again next time for hopefully a longer stay.

we went to park in the car park , and a member of staff told up to go out or the car park and they have another place to park. This added on half an hour ....and we ended up back at the same car park for someone else to tell us parking was available. The walls are thin can hear everything in other rooms. Hotel is okay basic like a travelodge

The first night we were put in a room that was tiny, and the only thing double about it was the bed. It looked nothing like the double room pictured on the Internet. We did get moved to a more appropriate sized room on the second day. The hotel was hard to find, because if you miss a turn up what looks like an alley, you end up back on thev autoroute and have to double back and try it again.

No air conditioning in room, we couldn't leave window open for fresh air at night as there were apartments opposite overlooking the room. Would not recommend to friends and family. Need updating and a coat of paint.

The bathroom at this location is very very very small. One cannot take shower and wash his/her legs. You only can stand. My family was not able to take shower properly.

Very reasonable value for money
This was just a single nights stay for a quick mini-break. We found the hotel to be just perfect value for money. It was clean and neat & the staff were friendly & accommodating. The hotel is located a little bit out of the main town centre, but is still perfectly walk-able, about 10 mins or so. The facilities are basic & there are no frills, but it was perfectly clean & comfortable for a 1 night stay - no disappointments or troubles at all.

Terrible even for a budget hotel. We booked one night at this hotel as an overnight stop before we boarded our ferry at Dunkirk. The place was in a rough area on the outskirts of the city and it did not feel safe walking around there at night. The room itself was your average basic budget accommodation - at a glance. However the room stank of sewage, the beds were uncomfortable and the room had no air conditioning. Due to this we only managed 3 hours sleep until the stench and the heat became unbearable. So it didn't even serve its purpose as a place just to rest our heads. Lille itself is a perfectly nice city. If you want to book somewhere but don't want to spend too much i would recommend any other budget brand of hotel. Just not this one.

One of the only hotels with free parking lot
This hotel is not too far from the train station and it is about a 20-walk to downtown. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was small but comfy and it was nice to be able to park for free in their parking lot

One night stop off for a 3 day road trip to Italy. Decent hotel fit for purpose. Rooms are comfortable. Area not great but not far to go to find more if you need it

Tired and run down
Hotel is in a run down area of Lille and has seen better days. No air conditioning or fan, window opened but lots of mosquitos about :-( The stairs were a death trap with no lights too - room was small and boxy and bed uncomfortable. Would not recommend staying here!!

Was great location. walking distance to everything and the staff spoke very good English. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Lille - easy to park at the park and ride then direct tram about 5 mins from hotel.

Good value for families
A little apprehensive as when we arrived two buckets were in the foyer collecting water from the ceiling and stayed throughout our stay. Great little hotel as a stopover, 20min walk from the main town centre. Food expensive so didn't dine but family room was great value for money.

Unexpected visitor in middle of night!
Checked in and the hotel was not what we were expecting but it was our last night on our journey home so continued with booking. The thing that disturbed us the most was one of the hotel staff opening our room door around midnight, then seeing that we were sleeping and shutting it immediately. We were frightened to say the least! I called the front desk and he confirmed he had opened our room in error. But what is hotel staff doing by opening rooms in the middle of the night anyways? The hotel was completely vacant. Found this very disturbing and unsettling and it is in a very shabby area of Lille anyways. Would not stay again!

The wi-fi was down most of my stay and was spotty at best when it was functional. my room smelled like moldy bread and was incredibly warm. the staff was friendly, pretty much the only good thing about this hotel apart from the price.
