Pros: L amabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner . La chambre était parfaite
Hotel a l ecart de la ville mais proche de la gare et d un grand centre commercial. 15 min à pieds à peine pour rejoindre le centre ville

Le centre commercial d'Euralille et les deux gares de Lille Flandres et Lille Europe sont proches. Ainsi que le Zénith et Lille Grand Palais. Uitstekend hotel

Pros: Mooi uitzicht.
Cons: Airco minder heet zetten.
Location: Op loopafstand naar het centrum, cultuur, eetgelegenheden en winkels.
Prima faciliteiten. Een van de weinige hotels waar de kussens lekker liggen!

5 * Hotel/casino for 50th Birthday celebration.

Pros: The room, the staff, the facilities, the location, the casino........................
Cons: This is really trivial, it would be nice to have a few more coat hangers in the room, 6 just wasn't enough for us.
Location: Within walking distance from Eurostar station. Easy access into town, a 10 -15 min walk. For us the car hire was opposite as was the shopping centre.
The hotel was specifically chosen for 50th birthday celebrations, because of 5* rating, excellent reviews, location & casino. We arrived in Lille via Eurostar, the hotel was within walking distance, easily located. We were early but still warmly welcomed by very friendly & accomodating hotel reception staff. The superior room exceeded our expectations. It was warm & welcoming ( it was very cold in Lille the week of our stay ), very clean, fresh looking, no expense spared on room extras ( ie toiletries, towels, robe's, slippers, additional bedding & tea/coffee making facilities ) Very impressed with the speedy arrival of the lift whenever requested, considering we were on the 7th floor. Couldn't fault the housekeeping department, they were very professional even to the extent of turning down beds & putting chocolates on the pillows. Overall, a fantastic stay, the staff were always friendly & ready to help/advise with the smallest of requests. Reassuringly expensive, but well worth the money & every need was met.

Bon hotel

Pros: Le confort de la chambre
Cons: Prix de petit déjeuner, trop cher à notre goût, la qualité des viennoiseries servies (à ce prix nous espérions avoir des produits frais (du boulanger)
Location: Gare juste à côté, par contre nous devons avoir une voiture pour aller sur le vieux Lille ou au stade
Très bon sejour, qualité de service et des équipements a la hauteur de nos attentes pour ce type d'établissement.

Disgusting Treatment, Dire Customer Serice - AVIOD

Dire customer service! Our check-in time was 15:00 however we were denied access to our room until 22:00. The rude and unhelpful staff did nothing to try to remedy our predicament and they certainly did nothing to dispel the stereotype of French customer service. Our complaints were dismissed and no compensation was offered. Attempts to request refunds and even not to pay for the car park were rejected. They said there is nothing they can do as we booked through a website - they can only help if booked via the hotel direct: PATHETIC! I would recommend everyone aviod this hotel like the plague. Nice rooms, awful setup and staff.

Smart modern hotel

Hotel is very close to eurostar station and just 10 / 15 min walk to centre of Lille . Staff very helpful and checked us in early as room was ready . Room was spotless and great for a 3 night stay . Didn't eat at hotel but breakfast was 23 euros .
