Very comfortable room with modern refit. The reception area is dated and promises little, but once upstairs, we found the rooms to be lovely.

Nice & convenient place for the price. Windows keep out the noise. Tiny rooms, but efficiently designed. Only gripe is that the one chair was too low for rhe table.

Place was good overall, with a great location near Eurolille and great food options nearby! Two things to note about the room: - The elevator does not go all of the way up to your floor, requiring to go/down at least a few steps. This is inconvenient with heavy luggage. - The bathtub has very high walls, making it awkward and dangerous to step in/out. Almost slipped and fell when stepping out with wet feet. Also, there are a lot of homeless people in the area, so it can feel unsafe, especially once dark out. Lastly, be aware of restaurant closing times, as it may not be similar to what you are used to (U.S. for us).

A very conveniently located hotel, right opposite Lille Flandres station. The town centre and Vieux Lille all within walking distance. Clean and good facilities. The staff is excellent. One thing let them down: the breakfast. It was chaotic: food running out quickly, as were the dishes (had to wait for ages for cups, plates and glasses). I would probably stay there again but wouldn’t order breakfast. Thanks for to the staff for kindness though.

This is a lovely small hotel right in the centre of Lille with great access to transport, shopping and dining. The staff are very happy to help in any way to make your stay the best it can be.

I was a little surprised when I first arrived at the small size of this hotel but I was soon to find that it was a great choice. The staff were superb and always eager to help. They easily switched to English when they realised I did not know much French. The room was very clean and looked almost new. Although it is in a busy area of Lille the double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing and there is air conditioning too. When returning to Lille I will certainly be staying here again.

Staff was fantastic, and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the family suite as it provided for plenty of room for separate space. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were very helpful.

We stopped off in Lille from Marseille to London. Hopped off our train, crossed the road and our hotel was there. Lovely staff at reception. Entered a clean, fresh room, cooled with air con. Good shower and comfy bed. Dumped our cases and went for a stroll around Central Lille. Slept well, no air con needed, we just kept the window open. To the front is a few tables and chairs to order a drink and watch the would go by. Really nice staff. Highly recommended.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel souriant. L'hôtel calme et très bien disposé. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse, avec un petit bémol sur la taille de la console, bien occupée déjà par les services de commodité et finalement un peu étroite pour y poser son ordinateur et ses documents de travail. Buffet du petit-déjeuner à l'avenant des autres prestations, dans une salle très lumineuse.

Très bien accueilli. La chambre était très grande et bien organisée. Un peu loin par rapport à l'ascenseur mais sinon très agréable. Un peu de bruit aussi lié à la proximité avec la gare mais tout à fait correct en terme de nuisances.
