nice clean quiet place. they get bookings by reservation, so are low profile and do not get many walkins, making the place feel even more secure. management spoke spanish very clearly and slowly to be understandable, english is also spoken there. very helpful with bus info and arranging taxis. arranged airport pickup, which bypassed all the stress of arriving in a new country. i called in advance to get this service. great place. highly recommended also quite near a large ruin, huaca pucllana.
