“A very comfortable family hotel !”

I have now stayed at this Hotel 3 times, and I have always found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very comfortable and are cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend this Hotel !

“Not as good as last time!!”

An average hotel, i was given a room with a connecting door to another room, which meant you can hear whatever the other room occupants where doing, tv, talking, or "anything else"! One night I fell asleep with the tv on and a complaint was made the following day! Also on signing in I was not made aware of any rules about guests in the room, my girlfriend was able to come to my room at any time but when we wanted to ask a friend to the room, this was not allowed!

“So-so experience”

While staying at this hotel my friend and I were experiencing problems with getting hot water in our room, which is not uncommon in hotels in this area. The staff was quite helpful in offering us another room's shower to use, unfortunately my friend got locked into that other room as the key did not work all the time. The staff had quite a time trying to find another key that would work, to the point were my friend considered climbing out the window and jumping down one story to the ground. Thankfully this was narrowly averted when we finally got the door open. The cleanliness of this place was rather sketchy. The sheets had stains on them and the room had a slightly musty smell to it. However, the accomodations were reasonably priced and the location was excellent.

“Great Miaraflores location, charming hotel, no hot water”

we were very happy with the hotel and location. Our only complaint was there was no hot water. Hardly warm really. Just one step up the scale from tepid. We inquired with front desk, but no results--had to take a barely tolerable shower before we left for the airport.

“Cringy carpet”

The size of the rooms was large, condition was clean other than the scrungey, dirty unwelcoming carpets. It made the rest of the place feel dirty. The hotel had cute spanish charm, but needed a bit of TLC to improve initial impression.

“It was an Okay budget hotel”

This hotel is okay, room is quite spacious even though the bathroom was quite small with tiny shower booth. The cleaning ladies were very kind and breakfast is simple but okay. But the thing about this hotel is there's no receptionist stand-by at the reception, if you need something you have to wait until the owner lady comes.(I had to wait for 30mins when I checked-in) And it was funny that they close reception around 10pm-although there are many flights arrive in Santorini at late night- and post a hand written note at the reception saying that they left a key somewhere for guests arriving late at night. I heard other guests complain that the hotel never answers on airport pick-up shuttle service request and I asked the owner to make a reservation for a taxi 1 day before I left but I had to go to the airport on my own after waiting for the cab half an hour at 5am to catch my early morning flight. It's 5mins walking distance from Fira central and 7 mins from bus & taxi station so I liked the location but if I come back to Santorini I'll look for another hotel. Cheers.

“Goose's trip to Lima”

The main problem I had with this hotel was that I didn't have any hot water when I wanted to shower. it didn't matter what time of day either. The staff are nice though, speak great english and the food is pretty good too. Close to the cafe strip.

“Great location”

Great location, near Larcomar Mall and many restaurants in Miraflores. The room have very dirty carpet...

“Good location and low rates”

It is an older, local style hotel - more of a bed and breakfast. Great for young travelers with not much to carry and no need for luxuries. The area is great - Miraflores just two blocks off the beach - so well worth it for those who value location over amenities.
