too much noise in the 10th floor.

Had problems 2 nights with a loud sound like an old truck, coming out from the walls. The hotel said it was normal. That was the pipeline. The problem was that the sound was always at 2am.

Nice hotel

Very clean, very posh, friendly English-speaking staff. Not a young person's establishment, full of old tourists. Only a few blocks from Kennedy park and the action (cafés, restaurants, pubs, and clubs). Really good restaurant just around the corner that serves Peruvian food (Saqra). The hotel will give you drink vouchers. The hot tub was broken and they lied to us about it, however, other than that the stay was very good.

It was a nice, modern hotel in Miraflores, Lima. The massive construction project next door and one-way street occasionally made approaching the hotel awkward, but the location was central to the main part of Miraflores. The front desk staff were not that friendly or helpful, but the doormen and bellmen were great.

Excellent choice

Expedia should update its data regarding internet being included. It's not - although they made an allowance for me as my reservation clearly showed that it was included. Apparently they have recently changed - its no longer free in the rooms, but is free in the lobby, lounge, etc. Everyone is very friendly, property is very clean. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel great location

Cons: Wifi in roomos should be free of charge
The hotel location is great in Miraflores area, everything is close, restaurants, shopping centers, and office buildings. There is only one concern, most of business hotels today include wifi as compliment at not charge.

A pretty nice, basic hotel in a good location.

Cons: Wifi and a water bottle included.
If you don't mind a five minute walk, the location is great. You are close to the hub of Miraflores, up the street from Calle Berlin, "Pizza Street", Parque Kennedy and all the restaurants in and around it, and a 20 minute walk from the markets. The hotel room was fine except for not including wifi. Really, in this day and age charging for wifi in the room is like charging extra to have a bed in it. It's a necessity. And speaking of necessities, the water in Lima is not drinkable. Almost all hotels I've ever stayed in in Lima provide a complimentary bottle daily, but Casa Andina charges 8 soles for a one litre bottle. But that's not a big deal, you can walk three blocks to the supermarket and buy a two litre bottle for 1 sole. The breakfast was average, again nothing great or terrible. Overall, if you want all the bells and whistles, this isn't your place. But if you don't mind cutting some corners to get a reasonable price in a good location, you'll be happy here.
