Nice placePosted Jun 1, 2014
The Casa Bella is located in a nice and safe part of the city. It's a short walk away from the main street in Miraflores. The rooms are small and the bathroom door was missing a window. But the place was well worth the stay. Far from downtown.

3 star B & B is a 4 star locationPosted May 17, 2014
Pros: location is a nice part of the city
Cons: the carpeting could be upgraded
Location: tennis club a few blocks away
Casa Bella is located in Miraflores a very nice part of the city. The hotel is located within a block of the lighthouse. It is within easy walking distance of the major shopping street. The facilities are past their prime but the staff is their to serve you. Breakfast was included. Shower was decent. If the price is right for you the place is ok for a night or two.

The place is pretty cute. The rooms are clean. It's in a great location right by the ocean, but there isn't anything near by to go eat or see. You have to walk at least ten minutes along the ocean front to get to anywhere. This makes it difficult at times when its late and you want to grab a quick bite or something. Overall, pretty good.

this is a Hostal, not a hotelPosted Oct 2, 2013
It is like a Hostal, very basic, far from downtown, no restaurant or shops nearby.

Miraflores is where most tourists stayPosted Sep 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location, beautiful breakfast room, beautiful floors in the rooms. Bathrooms and carpeting in public areas need a face lift.

Consider other possibilities?Posted Sep 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for one night after arriving in Peru and before heading off to more interesting places in the country. Our plan was just to spend about a day seeing Lima. The hotel was located in the Miraflores neighborhood (which is one of the nicest areas in Lima), a block or so from the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are no restaurants, shops, etc. in the immediate vicinity as the hotel is definitely in a residential neighborhood, but you can walk for about 20-25 minutes to get to restaurants, shops, etc. The historic town center is about a 30-45 minute taxi ride away (but you would not want to stay in the center...). As for our room, we were disappointed to see what looked like water stains and mold on one of the main walls. The bathroom was not that nice. I suppose we expected more even though we paid less than $100 (but it is is Peru after all). Overall, not a bad option if you're willing to overlook certain things.
