No choice but to stay and make the best of it ... No place else avail late ar night. Rundown would be the beat compliment! Place reeked of smoke and someone possibly cooking ??? Room was old cold and filthy Tub was blackened with stains , toilet rocked suprised it didnt leak all over. Heater only blew warm air from apx 1/4 of heater vent . And the nasty filthy phone cord was sliced ! No calling for help here !!! My son had a sleepin bag he used and We slept on top of our bed. Didnt dare climb in !!! Oh and the breakfast included HA ! Mini cups of coffee and stale cereal . Went to Dunkin as we left that rat hole hotel in the center of a rat hole town. YUCK YUCK !!!!!

Pros: Nothing, except that the low cost helped to offset my rather expensive flight for the trip.
Cons: I don't think a place like this requires granite counters, but at least ensure there isn't residue in the shower or stains on the sheets.
Location: If you are not in Lima to see people or conduct business, I really don't know why you would go. It is quaint but there are no unique activities.
I chose to stay at this property for one reason and one reason only - it was cheap and I had other expenses to worry about on this particular trip. Well you get what you pay for. The linens were soiled, the carpet felt a little sticky, and the only thing worse than finding a large dead spider by the bed was the larger live spider crawling in the bathroom. I don't normally stay in fancy, expensive hotels, but I do expect the bare minimum when it comes to cleanliness.

Who checked this place out?Posted Sep 24, 2013
Location: Industrial area; everything off the exit is closed. No businesses.
First Exped....said the hotel was 11 miles from the event attended...it was 38 miles. Expe.... said it was a days Inn...NOT ..it was Rays INN. Checking in was the first clue; a receipt from an exterminator for bed bugs. Paid cash and they didn't have change. There were two cars in the parking lot; the owners and mine. The booked room was a deluxe room; queen size bed with a sofa. Well the room stunk bad; real bad; the bed wasn't even a full size bed. No sofa just a old fabric covered rolling desk chair. Oh wait the flat screen TV was a 20 year old tv. The bath tub had a painted bottom with sand poured on for non-slip. Don't forget the moldy caulking. Of course a moldy fridge and a 20 year old microwave. DON"T even think of staying here; even if its free. The entire place should be demolished.
