We absolutely love this hotel! Clean, Safe, Best Location, Amazing Restaurants, and Best Staff!! We always stay at their junior suite which gives us 2 full baths and a separate seating area (includes a sofa bed) we are a family of 4 so my daughters have plenty of space! This is definitely our favorite hotel in Lima!

It was my 9th time visiting Lima, Peru and that was my worst check-in experience by far. I asked for an early-check-in, not to be charged, as I had booked a king size bed suite, not a regular room, for the week and had arrived earlier. I understand that’s customary though not compulsory. The receptionist, called Jonathan, informed me that there were suites available, but he would only let me in charging almost a full extra day. After I repeated my request, he changed what he said, saying now that cleaning personnel was not available immediately for the room, and offered me instead that I could the restroom on the lobby or at the gym to take a shower. I also felt racial bias undertones in his manners. It was a simple request, made for someone who’s staying a business week at a suite. It should not be complicated. Really disappointed. I’m not recommending this hotel for anyone, nor I’ll book it in any future trip.

This hotel is located in close proximity to top restaurants in Miraflores. The staff service in all areas is superb. Extremely professional and accommodating. I travel to many places around the world, and this hotel is on my top 3. Free parking is very convenient. Breakfast buffet amazing. I will definitely go back. To improve: shower on second bathroom of suite did not have hot water.

This hotel is very nice with an upscale vibe. True to the Hilton brand. The rooms are emasculate. I had the 1 bedroom King suite which was very nice and modern. It also has 2 full modern bathrooms which made the room a step above ALL other suites of any brand. I will definitely return if I am ever in Lima again. The food at the hotel was AMAZING!! We all raved over how excellent the Doubletree Burger is!! Hotel is close proximity to everything and overall the service was good. Thank you Doubletree Lima Miraflores.

Undisclosed Outdoor Rooftop Noise Parties
During my 9 night stay, there were 3 undisclosed crowded concert like events on the hotel rooftop, above the rooms, causing excessive NOISE and DISTURBANCES well past the guaranteed 10PM ZERO NOISE tolerance unconditional guarantee. Events on roof had unacceptably loud noise affecting most of hotel rooms cause by loud blasting music, singing, yelling, screaming on speaker devices, which disturbed most if not all guests. Noise entered my room through the exterior windows and the plumbing lines in the bathroom. Unable to sleep, Front Desk Rep was contacted 2 separate nights but he failed to even go to rooftop to view the disturbance and took no action to eliminate noise, allowing loud noise to continue well into the night in violation of local laws. Offer to change rooms was rejected as noise affected all rooms. Hotel was responsible for controlling the events in its hotel. Contacted Hotels.com but hotel refused to stop disturbances from event. I stayed at hotel before COVID for over 10 nights during Christmas and New Years and the hotel was quiet but new rooftop events to generate extra income causes unwanted disturbances for guests. After complaining to local municipality, hotel even refused my request to leave the hotel 2 days early even after speaking for over an hour about the noise events to a manager. Moreover, there is a noisy club, a half block away, with terrible noise until at least 2AM. Rooftop Events are not consistent with expectations of guests of rooms.

This is our 1st time to visit Lima Peru. In the beginning we are staying with Exe miraflores. This is a big mistake we ever book.We never liked it and then we moved to Doubletree hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very Excellent. I give them 6 star.

La zona de la piscina está muy bien y el uso muy seguro. El servicio a la habitación fue PÉSIMO llame tres veces para solicitarlo siempre decían que iban a atenderlo y nunca lo hicieron y así dicen que son 5 estrellas? No recomendable su servicio a la habitación.
