As soon as we arrive Mr. Joaquin received us with a big smile. He spoke little English, but enough for us to make us feel welcome. At the front desk the staff was welcoming. When we received our keys they gave us warm chocolate chip cookies, they were really good. We also received the code to log into their free wi-fi and 2 complimentary drinks to be redeemed at their restaurant. The room was clean, smelled nice and when we requested more towels we got them right away. We booked through Expedia because we got an almost $20 difference between the fee that the hotel was charging and the one that Expedia offered. All and all we are very pleased and we will definitely stayed at El Pardo Double Tree Hotel and most of all we will use Expedia to do our bookings for sure. Thank you Expedia!

“Would get 5 start if it wasn't for the internet access”

Well located, clean room and nice staff. The restaurant by the lobby is good too, they even have a music and dance show at dinner time. Only problem is internet: flaky and when it's on, the bandwidth varies a lot (at least during the week I spent there)

“Great Hotel”

Very satisfied with the hotel and staff, particularly the restaurant personnel was very accomedating. We went too the restaurant twice at closing and they were gracious enough to take us in and kept the restaurant open just for us. So many Kudos to the restaurant manager and staff, excellent service!

“Miraflores Hotel Stay”

The Pardo was very nice. We stayed there for 2 nights then traveled to Cusco. We came back and stayed one more night before our flight left. The pool was awesome and the service was suburb. the concierge was helpful and we were able to walk to Barranco based on their map. The only complaint I have is the price of the taxi's booked through the hotel. One night it was 50 soles to the airport and on another night it was 100 soles. No one could tell me why their was such a proce difference from the same hotel to the ame destination (the airport).
