“Great Place”

Great place. Very nice staff. The front rooms have double windows so there is not much noise from the street. A lot of very good restaurants within 2 blocks all around the Hotel. The park and a lot of shopping and action is just 2 blocks away. I will be staying there again. We always slept late so do not know how the Breakfast was.

“Nice place - in a good neighborhood”

Nice location, Nice front desk staff. Eqyptian themed hotel with a bit of charm. Located in a nice neighborhood for walking and lots nearby. The manager helped me find a cevicheria in Lima I had heard about back in the states and even wrote a little note to help the cab driver find it for me. The center atrium of the hotel directs sound up to the rooms. At 11pm the banging of tables and chairs being set up for breakfast echoed up to the rooms and other beside myself came out into the hall to see what the racket was. Staff seemed not to be concerned with keeping it down. Noise in the morning as well. A bit annoying. Breakfast was just okay - breads and jams and runny scrambled eggs. Modest but adequate rooms. Hot and cold water knobs were switched in the shower, and once I figured it out, took a while for "hot" to get warm
