Very dirty and poor installations

Very dirty and poor installations. The bathroom was very dirty, the bed smelled weird and under the bed was disgusting. The minibar was empty and at check out they wanted to charge me with consumption.

Friendly staff, breakfast suppose to be served at 7:00, sometimes it is not ready until 7;30. It needs more items or variety.

I stayed at this hotel several years ago...and it has really gone downhill. Although the location is excellent, the bathroom had mold in it and the overall condition was OLD and maintenance deferred. For the price....it is better to find a better hotel.

Although I only had breakfast and slept there, the hotel is in a great location; close to shops, the infamous Kenedy park with its cats, and Calle de las pizzas. The hotel however is in a bit of disrepair. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious but in need of some maintenance. The staff keeps the place as clean, neat, and tidy as possible. They are quite friendly and willinging to help. If you have limited choices give it a try. Otherwise keep searching.

Location is great, but the hotel needs repairs. This is an old hotel, only one small elevator, I would give it a 3 star not a 4.

Pros: well situated in Miraflores
Cons: the services
Location: center of Miraflores,
Room service very poor. when required, they do not come, I had to go down at the front desk. We had to change room because the air conditioning system did not work, it took 50 minutes to settle it at the front desk.

My stayed at this hotel wasn't too pleasant, at first we got into a room and the smell of cigarette was really bad we couldn't sleep and next day in the morning we asked to be switch rooms, the receptionist gave me a big attitude and finally we got moved to another room. Breakfast was really bad!!! Only 10 olives, 5 pieces of chesse, 5 dry toasts and brown pinneaple seated there all morning! Who eats olives for breakfast? I asked is that all the breakfast buffet, their answer was yes it's american breakfast! So we decided not to eat there at all. Overall bad experience! !!!!

an enjoyable week

I sent a week there and I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and the room always clean. The breakfast as always great. The hotel is in walking distance of all the main sites in Miraflores. Always remember that Miraflores is the popular district. It's true that it's not complete silence. Lima is the capital of Peru, the busiest town.
