It has a great location, a beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and The most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, and I had a lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

Being off season the hotel was very quiet, only saw a few people at the breakfast buffet. The buffet needs to be improved, good variety of breads and fruits but the hot food was consistently warm or cold, it seems that the roll top chafers are outdated.

Give NM Lima a try
Hotel was in a very convenient location without the addtl costs other hotels charge. There was no pool nor gym but great customer service

Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. The staff was cordial and helpful. A pleasant surprise was the gym in the eighth floor, which was more spacious and functional than others. The one thing that could improve is space for working. There is a room where people with laptops can sit and work, but little privacy. But there are good alternatives within walking distance. Overall, an excellent experience, I would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic hotel for great price. Best location in Lima near El Olivar, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Nice breakfast buffet included. Decent gym on top floor with terrace. Very good service.

I really like the hotel and have stayed several times. It’s safe (I’m a business woman on work trips), well located, comfortable with several services available (room service, breakfast included, gym, bar, restaurant) nice details such bed preparation in the evening with a chocolate included. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is large and modern.

Hotel muy agaradable. Personal cortes y atento, a la escucha de sus clientes. Algo que creo q tendria q mejorar seria en el cambio o eliminacion del tapis en la habitacion. Cuando no abria la ventana de la habitacion, se sentia un olor no muy agradable como de humedad o tapis viejo/sucio. Recomendaria tb que limpien las ventanas del lado de afuera ya que esta muy sucias. Todo lo demas, muy bueno ! Recomendado !!
