And the staff were friendly. If those and price are your only criteria, go for it. If some of the following may be a negative, you may want to reconsider: Mediocre building condition - door to bathroom doesn't fit into jam and therefore doesn't close. Leaking roof led to soaked hallway carpet. Loud - our room faced the street which was filled with partygoers through 2 or so. Decor - Spartan to say the least. Bathrooms were maybe nicer than the army,but in a poorer state of repair. Beds need to be replaced.

Everything looked fine at the begining. We have just to spend one night to realize that it was not hot water, internet was not working, there was not key for the safety box and the worst... one day they did not bother to clean the room. We claimed to everybody and, they really were not unpolite however, they just confirmed that they were unable to solve anything at that time. When we claim about the hot water, they say " sorry we just have a problem with the water tank", when we claim about the safety box they say " sorry we lost the key".... The only positive was the neiborghood and the convenience hotel location however, the are a lot of other hotels that i am sure will have better services at the same price.

“not impressed at all”

the first impression was that it did not look clean, the smelllwas of a lot of terribly strong perfume, plus very humid. The street and part of the hotel were under heavy construction, not accesible by car; very dificult to walk, walls look old and holes; bathrom with sign of mold on the walls; toilet was very dirty, brown color in the bottom, cover of the toilet was broke; walkways very narrow, elevator same, customer service terrible. All workers were teenage girls, no sense of respect or having an education for have good customer service; it took me only 10 minutes to check the rooms and leave for a better hotel, carriying my luggage and clothes a block away. The hotel was not the way it was shown in the expedia internet,-- it was completely different.

They overbook, play stupid and cause you problems. not to book. ever.

“Creepy place in Peru”

Okay, wi-fi was all messed up, no water for 2 nights, no hot water for 9 hours, no hand towels the whole stay..they gave 1 very small roll of sandpaper TP, management could care less, the breakfast was the same everyday, lightening was so poor (hallways dark)..I can go on and on. The workers were to busy playing on Facebook. I heard this once was a great place to stay, but new mgmt took over and the place has gone downhill. Right around the corner is a great place for half the price....

all was dirty, the beds were almost the worst thing. I sleeped in my sleeping bag !
