Thr hoyel wants go charge additional fees

The hotel wabted to charge us 90 dollars more for a rate already paid trough expedia. When I made the reservagion and payment I sked fpr a room for 4 prople two of then 17. Expedia take them as kids nd asked the age. When I arrived to the hotel they said that expedia probably changed their policird abd the hotel only have three people allowed ib the room and that we hace to paid additional fees. I tolSs them that in that case they should talk to expediia. At the end I didn't paid any aditional fee.

Muy buen hotel, excelentes habitaciones, espaciosas y muy comodas. El desayuno lo tienen con parte buffet y parte a la carta, muy bueno!

En general bien.... el lugar del desayuno regular, habitación muy buena, servicio bueno. Espero que Hoteles.com acredite automáticamente las noches...es el punto mas flojo del sistema. saludos

Aceptable, esperaba mas

Habitación húmeda, ascensor fallo mientras estaba usándolo, cayo suavemente hasta el sótano. La atención del personal es buena, se esmeran, el problema es de la infraestructura. Buena ubicación.

Fue una noche solamente, en nuestro camino a cuzco, la habitacion super amplia, baño super amplio! el desayuno super bueno y estaba incluido! la zona super tranquila! el servicio de lobby super bueno! muy Bien por el precio!

Best Hotel Ever

Pros: Everything
Cons: Direct tv signal weak, we couldn't watch tv
Location: Pardos cheacken, wong supermarket and pharmacy
Excellent, staff, breakfast, cleaness, jacuzzi an i got a suite for cheap, i will go back there for sure
