A peaceful place to stay in a big city

Pros: The front desk staff speaks English and attended to my requests immediately. Rooms are very clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice exercise room.
Cons: Improving carpeting in hallways. Maintenance staff did not fix the room heater properly. Negotiate taxi costs before get in.
Location: Nice olive garden in front of the hotel for walking. Good restaurants are in walking distance.
I felt welcomed all the time. It is good hotel in a very nice and safe neighborhood in Lima.

Pleasing hotel in a quiet and very good location

In a city that can be very chaotic, this hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful San Isidro neighborhood , yet within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Well appointed without being memorable.

A good location in Lima, close to commertial streets, nice neighborhood, catholic church and many restaurants.

Friendly hotel with customer care

I really like the hotel. First it does not require you to pay in advance. Second you can cancel the reservation a day before. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has wide varieties.

Nice hotel, great location. Pool área is near by meeting rooms... Not very good. If you Don't want a swiming pool... Is a great hotel

Pros: The district San Isidro was the best, close to good restaurants, walking parks, safe...excellent taste of Lima. The taxi was only 10 Soles to beach.
Cons: English more important in food area than opening the door.
Location: I liked San Isidro much better than Miraflores, appears to be a business district but felt very safe and only a short distance to beach etc
The hotel is nice but certainly not 5 star by north American standards. Restaurant service and food was not great, nobody spoke English, food taste was ok and time to get drinks was long. Pool was not open on first day, no ice machines worked on any floor and room was very small. Cleaning people came in too often for my comfort, not just once a day but you leave for a few minutes and they were there, not sure if counting the mini bar or cleaning but entered the room a lot.

We have taken note about our Restaurant staff; actually we are programming english lessons to all our staff that require this skill. Unfortunatelly; our pool was on maintenance during your stay but it was for preventive works. Finally, I would like to inform you that our staff have different procedures in which they have to come in to our guests rooms; the chambermaid, minibar, laundry service in all our occupied rooms and if there is something wrong in the room that our supervisor or housekeeper reports, our maintenance staff have to give an inmediately solution. We do not want to annoy our guests; we just want to provide the best service everytime. Once more, thank you very much for letting us know about you experience with us. Kind regards;
