Just what we needed

Had a layover in Lima from Cusco on our way home. Arrived at 9:00am, outgoing flight not until 1:45am so we had the day to explore the city. After a few hours we were exhausted and cranky, decided to get a hotel to just relax before our flight. Booked here because it was close to where we were, was inexpensive and looked nice. I accidentally selected 2 guests when booking, instead of including our teenage son. When we arrived, they told us we needed to pay $35 more for him, even though the extra person would have been $8 more if booked through Expedia. They were very insistent on this, but after I explained we would only be there for 5 hours, they allowed him to stay at no extra charge. They gave us a great suite with 2 separate rooms that was perfect. Minutes after we arrived they brought up welcome drinks which was very nice. Ended up being perfect and exactly what we needed!

Schöne, kleine und gemütlich

Pros: Internetverbindung war sehr gut. Minibar war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Cons: Klimaanlage in Empfang.
Location: Diese befinde sich Mitte Miraflores, sehr gut platziert und nähe zum Park Kennedy oder Larcomar. Man kann in ruhe laufen.
Hotel ist sehr gut platziert. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksraum ist ok. Frühstücksbuffet war leider nicht mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Zimmer war in die Ebene 12 und Aufzug geht nur bis die Ebene 11 musste ich die Treppen hoch gehen und mit Koffer war ein bisschen problematisch. Zimmer war ok. Fenster sind undicht und deswegen laut. Bett ist sehr bequem. In Empfang und Frühstücksraum war die Klimaanlage sehr stark angeschaltet. Es war kalt und deswegen unangenehme. Bei Check Out, Personal in Rezeption hat sehr lang gebraucht.

the hotel does not deserve to use the Sonesta name

Pros: nothing
Cons: enough said.
Location: It's in a noisy Miraflores street
The room's carpet was filthy, the beds very uncomfortable bad lay out of the room, and from there on we had two bad days.

Localização perfeita

O Hotel tem uma localizacao perfeita , perto de tudo , faz se muita coisa a pé , a vizinhança é agradável e tranquils, os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos, só falta uma modernização nos quartos , já eatao um pouco obsoletos.

Localizado no bairro de Miraflores próximo de várias atrações. Funcionário muitos solícitos. Apartamento bem confortável e equipado com micro ondas, cafeteira, fogão elétrico, prato e talheres. Bom café da manhã bem variado.

Seldom hotel has 3 queen size bed in a room. My firends & i have a good sleeps here without sharing beds.
