Since the Check in was not great ,the manager approach to me and talk about that situation and she accommodate me in some things and really appreciate it but to be a Hotel **** stars I was very disappointed until my last day, But the staff from the breakfast and room service very nice people. They should be more careful cleaning the hotel in general.

The hotel itself is closed. There is no sign or information alerting this situation. It became that a neighboring property of the same chain is replacing its functions. They didn't recognize the reservation we made and assigned a twin bed instead of a queen bed as contracted. The staff is rude and utterly incompetent, threatening to cancel our reservation at midnight or asking to pay additional expenses. There is no manager on duty to solve the problems. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or be prepared to be ripped off.

Dear Marco We apologize for this change of hotel, but we had a group staying at our hotel and due to biosecurity protocols we had to disinfect the rooms, which is why we confirmed your reservation at our other property that is in front of us. Regarding the reservation of your room, the confirmation of your reservation was made through another portal, not by Expedia, in a twin room. The room change was made with an upgrade to a King suite at no additional cost.

They have the friendliest and kindest staff I have ever seen. The food is absolutely delicious (buffet style) with many vegetarian and even vegan options. The fruits are a MUST! Strongly recommend it for an authentic experience.

The staff, though not fluent in English, worked very hard to accommodate me. They were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and caring. The hotel was clean, well kept, and room service was more than adequate.

Big rooms
The hotel has big rooms with an additional sofa-bed and a desk to work. Definitely does not feel cramp. The rooms are clean. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet which includes all your usual suspect (scramble eggs, bacon, pancakes, omelets, eggs cook to order, natural juices, breads, fruits etc..). Overall it is good value and great for business travel.

Absolutely recommend
We stayed a night during a layover in Lima with some business in the French Embassy to attend to. The hotel was clean, spacious and very comfortable The staff was very accommodating. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, good location...
Nice location, wonderful breakfast (specially beverages). In the Executive room I found odd to have the jacuzzi outside the bathroom (due no closing curtains in the room). I would suggest to install curtains and problem solved.

Close to where I had to go while in lima
I will be back in the states after the 15 of Oct 2014, Then I will take this matter up with your C/S, But generaly speaking for a Hotel that is rate 3 or 4.1/2 Star it needs to be rate lower, For example the power went out around 2 to 3 am the 2nd oct we call and they tell us the power is out thru out the City and we look out the window and all the apt and homes, even street lites were ON.. Not a good choice.
I didn't like the hotel. We paid for a queen bed and they gave us a room with two beds put together, unconfortable. The curtains were broken, it was a lot of noise even after 7pm, like hammering and furniture moving, very annoying. The room was very outdated. Personal who attended breakfast was rude. I don't recommend this hotel at all. The room was for 2 people but they only put one little soap (shower or hand washing, you gotta choose).

Last night in Lima Peru
Staff was great though there was a lot on construction going on . In the morning there a strong smell of paint in room had to open windows , A/C was out had to call for service. There was not a blow drier in our room, even though all other rooms had one, the shower had a missing wand spray handle missing so all the water came out on the floor and room was flooding. There was also two nails coming out of floor carpet that we walked on and almost cut our feet. The Manager came in and immediately took care of all problems, this was done while we were getting dress so it was an inconvenience for us. I mentioned that the room should have been inspected before our check in. We also had a late flight 11:50 they offered to watch our luggage but we wanted to rest before our red eye flight. We had to pay more than half our hotel rate for an additional 5 hours of stay. Traffic is really bad there it is almost a crawl in morning and evening. The airport may be 15 miles away but there are a thousand cars in street and a red light on every block. You could probably walk there faster. Don't walk in streets it is dangerous, cars don't have any rules they go by, they change lane quickly. I waved for a cab and he crossed over two lanes and almost caused an accident but it seemed almost normal to all traffic. And there is a lot of car horns all day long. Most cabs don't know the motels in area but they will give you ride any way.

Enjoyable stay but the reception needs attention
We enjoyed our stay. We felt our welcoming reception was not as as good as our last visit e.g. we were offered a glass of Champaine on entry whilst we waited for our bags to be sent to our room; this time we were not. The restaurant staff however were very attentive we had a good experience there. Our room kept to a good standard nice and clean. location very good for most of Lima.

Good deal for exploring uptown Lima
Hotel is centrally located, staff is nice, rooms are clean. Includes coffee and fruit for breakfast, staff kindly stored a suitcase for a few days while I did some traveling within Peru.
