The experience of ultimate luxury

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The personnel were incredible; the business desk in my room was complete with all the the equipment I needed with all the extras e.g. socket etc.
Location: It is situated at a very nice neighbourhood, is easy to travel to nearby Miraflores distric, Barranco and the City centre.
In January 2015, I travelled solo for 10 days in Peru visiting Cuzco, Machu Picchu, outdoor adventure activities which included the white water rafting in the Urubamba River, trekking at the Colca Canyon, Arequipa, Lake Titicaca and finally arriving in Lima where I would experiencing the ultimate luxury of my trip. I stayed at the Westin at an executive room on the 29th Floor, the views where amazing, the breakfast fabulous, and the staff incredibly professional and caring. It is a conference centre and a business hotel; therefore extras such as Wi-Fi and breakfast come as an additional cost. However it totally worth it! I had a minor accident a night I was out and the following morning staff arrange for an ambulance and a member of staff to escort me in one of the best hospital in the city. I felt safe and I was treated like a prince. Staying there has been an unforgettable experience and I would recommend anyone who wishes a experience luxury and relaxation to stay at The Westin Lima Hotel. It has a wonderful spa and beautiful restaurant and bar. It’s a place you want to be seen at!

Stunningly Beautiful Property

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: It is clean and modern and the staff are helpful and caring and speak excellent English. Very good gift shop in the lobby.
Location: Two interesting archaeological sites are nearby, as is the interesting Malecon (board walk along beach), museums and cathedrals, excellent restaurants
The Westin is a stunningly beautiful property in picturesque Lima, Peru. Hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful by giving us directions, calling taxis and providing a lavish, beautiful breakfast every morning.

Long check in process

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Check in took about 20 min due to the inexperienced front desk person. AC was not working properly in corridors. Room had way too many mirrors.

Great hotel close to Lima business district

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: It has a great design!!
Cons: It is an expensive hotel, at least should have free wifi.
The hotel is in excellent condition, staff really helpful, rooms are impeccable, excellent location if you are on a business trip. It has an excellent restaurant named Maras (great food). It is important to be part of the Starwood Preferred Guess program to receive services such us free wifi or the use the business center free of charge. Otherwise the cost will be $12 dollars per day in your room, or $4 dollars every 15 minutes in the business center. The concierge service is very good. The hotel offers you a great cab service to the airport that cost around $150 soles (local money). It is safe and the cars are BMWs, Mercedes or Audy, all of them in great condition. The regular cost of a city cab oscillate between 30-40 soles to the airport. If you dont care about money, this is the place to be.
