“Dated, needs refurishing”

Exterior needed repair. Main sign falling off building. Raw plywood patching up sections. Interior old & worn, but resonably clean.

“Not a good bet”

The room was not well cleaned. The towels were old and stained and worn thin from use. The TV had one HBO channel and three antenna stations. No internet connection available.
