Goed hotel in het centrum van de stad

Pros: centraal gelegen. prachtige sky-lounge
Cons: Douche in het bad niet zo handig voor oudere mensen
Prima hotel om te verblijven als je een dagje Hasselt doet.

Easter weekend break with friends

I was disappointed when I found out a double room was allocated to me upon arrival and specifically I had booked a twin room when travelling with my teenage boy. It took 35 minutes to check in because there was another guest who need medical advice on treatment. I wonder under the circumstance, the duty staff should have asked for another staff to serve other guests who were waiting to be checked in. Also we had booked a taxi for an event on Saturday and for whatever reason it did not turn up and we have to re book another one which caused 20 minutes delay. The pool and gym facilities are excellent.

Jeg måtte diskutere med hotellet om der skulle betales ekstra for en opredning der var bestilt og betalt, og først efter en samtale med Hotels.com kom der styr på sagerne, servicen er ikke værd at skrive om

Gutes Hotel aber nicht perfekt

Gutes Hotel, ich hatte ein Behinderten gerechtes Zimmer, was einwenig gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Gutes Bett, gut zu verdunkeln. Extrem kleiner TV, viel zu klein für die Distanz zum Bett! Und kein Roomservice fürs Essen.. was ich mir bei so einem Hotel erwartet habe! Jedoch soll das geändert werden.

Central beliggenhed - men slidt

Der var direkte snavset på væggene på hotellet - og pool området var på ingen måde som set på nettet. Så flere par kigge ind og dreje om. Havde troet vi skulle have slappet af en times tid der - men nej - det var slet ikke lækkert. Hotellet er slidt - men flink og venlig personale. En gang hovedrengøring trænger sig på!

Perfect gelegen in het centrum van Hasselt. Ondergrondse garage met directe toegang tot hotel. Goed ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze. Vriendelijke staff.
