"Since I was in Lincoln to do research at the Lincolnshire Records office, this was a perfect location. I only wish that I had asked for a room with a few of the river instead of the parking lot. The hotel was still close enough to the hill with the castle and cathedral to walk and sightsee."

"It was only a place to sleep while at a conference so I didn't use much of the hotel facilities. I thought I had paid for everything in advance but found there was a £7 parking fee on arrival, which I did not see mentioned anywhere on the website when I booked. The car park was also full, because of another event on the day, so I had to queue. The thought of trying to find anywhere else to park in a strange city after driving for more than 4 hours wasn't great - thankfully somebody left so I got their space. The hotel was clean, warm and comfy with friendly staff and it's in a fantastic location, close to where I needed to be and the historic sights. Lincoln is a really interesting city."
