“Very Nice”

We really enjoyed our stay over all. We asked for a early check in and were able to get it. We asked if possible we would like rooms on the first floor. We had reserve three rooms together. The only thing I would have to complain about was in two of the rooms, the air conditioning wasn't keeping the room cool. We did ask for a couple of fans, and after awhile they were able to get them. We really enjoyed the pool.

“Great Place for the price!!!”

Was scared when we saw the outside, doesn't look the best. Inside the front desk lady was so very nice, the pool was big, the room clean and nice. Even had a little putt putt golf. There was an arcade and the breakfast buffet was very good.

“Not Bad.”

It was convenient to stay in. The halls need maintenance and vacuuming but the rooms were clean. The heater was not on and hard to find. The thermostat is an old one on the wall. After that the room was nice and warm.

“Fine Hotel for the Money”

Pretty cheap, clean rooms, nice pool area for kids, basic but everything you need. The place looks a little rough on the outside, but the inside was fine. For a cheap room it was great. If you are looking for a more luxurious stay this is not your place, but if your looking for a cheap place to crash, esp. with kids this will suit you.

“Better the 2nd Time Around”

We had gone once before and weren't totally upset about it but not thrilled either...our second trip was much better...the room we got this time was MUCH better then last time the only thing we didn't like is that both times we were there is seems to be the hot spot for birthday parties and conventions...this time they were having a HUGE birthday party of kids that were around 8 years old and while we were in our room we could hear them running up and down the hall for hours and once they came and they ding dong ditched our door...pretty annoying...I guess I'm a patient person but I know I'd never allow my kids to do this but I can't blame the motel for other peoples bad parenting. This time we got up early enough to use our Free Breakfast Coupon which wasn't worth getting up for as the eggs were literally one spoonful, one strip of bacon and a half a slice of toast. The bar was nice, the bartender was great but the pool table...it had dead rails, like all 4 were dead and it was the slowest table ever...also the pool ball looked and played like it had been drug down an alley full of large rocks and beat up badly making it hard to play with. My room coffee maker didn't work so I went to the front counter to get a new one and the coffee maker they gave me had old grounds in it that were moldy but they quickly remedied this when I complained. The pool is very nice, clean and heated...the motel still could use some updating but I'd stay there again....I've definitely seen worse.

“Average Hotel”

I got a room that was no smoking, and it had definitely been smoked in. It almost choked you when you went into it. Along with that the tv remote didn't work at all. Also the AC didn't seem to be working, so it was very hard to sleep. The pool was very nice though and was definitely a highlight.

“Bone chillin”

The room was chilly upon my entering and i went to the thermostat to crank some heat and the knob was missing so i was basically bone chillin in my room all night, the resturant staff needs to show that they are happy working there and not look so like they want to fall asleep or that the world is coming to a end, i saw frowns on most, and a grin on one just for a moment to only see it turn into the frown

“Ok for a short stay”

We booked at last minute to get to stay the weekend in Lincoln to watch the Nebraska Cornhuskers play the South Dakota Jack Rabbits...since it was a home game all the hotels were booked solid except this one so we took what we could get. Our first room seemed fine until we went to turn on the television and realized the cable cord had been cut, literally and was impossible to reconnect as it had no end on the cord. They moved us to an upgraded room with 2 beds for the same cost. One of the beds was broken I mean when you sat on it, it would sink to the floor...we only needed one bed so this was OK with us. The shower had rust all around the over flow and while showering it was impossible to keep the tub from filling with water because it wouldn't drain or had a very slow drain. The entire motel was in disrepair, carpet was worn out etc. The rooms in the 3rd building in the far back parking lot must be rented by the week? I assume because of the bicycles on the patios and sheets hanging for curtains. They give you free breakfast coupons but it's impossible to use them if your not up at 6am. We aren't picky and would stay here if we HAD to again but it's not a place I would recommend to anyone.

“Convient location, but lots of problems”

This hotel is in transition, but still has some big problems. 1. The front desk did not know what rooms were smoking or non-smoking. 2. No one enforced rules (or supervised at all) at the pool. So we went swimming with people drinking beer out of glass bottles--scary. 3. The free breakfast was unpredictible.

“Not Impressed”

I booked two rooms. My room the iron didn't work, no refrigerator or microwave.
