We were down here after my dad's surgery. I have stayed here a few times before. I really enjoy this area. The staff was so friendly and helpful at check in. I will definitely be back!

Under bed was dirty, dusty and small pieces of trash. Toilet was loose, not attached very well, with caulking exposed on both sides allowing the toilet to shift 2 inches left and right. Bath drain was not working properly and could not be operated. I’m a DIY home repair person and couldn’t fix it to allow proper drainage. Bathroom sink pull out drawer handle was loose with screws falling out.

There were people across the hall with their door open and we could hear every word and laugh from 10 pm to 12:25 am on a Sunday night. We called the front desk and they said they would look into it. The noise continued and when we went to check out and asked for a refund they offered to move us to another room.

The front desk staff was tremendous, super kind, and very accommodating. They accommodated an early check-in for my children and I after a long day of travel and the food was phenomenal at breakfast. Wonderful area to stay at. The only downside was the pool was under construction, so we could not swim, but they did offer us to go to the Genesis Club down the street to use their facilities.

They were remodeling and instead of blocking off a floor or wing there was construction going on all over. There was a gap in my door big enough I could actually stand at the door and see into the hall.

Newly renovated room.
This property is undergoing renovations. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was fabulous. Just like a brand new hotel room. We were there Saturday night only so there was no work going on so there was no traffic or noise affecting us. There was lots of construction material in the hall but not in our way. The parking was plentiful and safe and free. Breakfast was adequate and all staff very friendly.

Hampton Inn is full of it
Got there and the pool and hot tub were not usable. The pool was still "open" but was full of construction dust. We decided to go elsewhere and the staff told me they were checking me out with 0 nights stayed and that they would authorize a full refund. When hotels.com called them, they said they will only refund one night.

My room smelled terrible, the bathroom smelled like someone had smeared feces into the walls. I needed somewhere to stay due to the weather and being a nurse but I will not be returning. Front desk staff was helpful and kind.

We had an extended stay, because I was in Lincoln to help my mother move into an assisted living situation. We had our dog with us, and everyone was so kind and once I lost my key, and they were very kind as it was late at night the only thing is is that I was hoping they sit in the hot tub each evening after moving boxes and going through things and the hot tub was under construction and no where was that listed in the property information it was a huge disappointment and I thought about going somewhere else because of that because I am extremely sore. However, everything else was perfect .

An unfortunate time at the hotel with the pool and hot tub not operational, but the staff handled complaints that were voiced by others staying there, it was not in their control and it definitely does not deter me from making this my choice hotel when I come in from Colorado for husker games.

Old Hotel condition
Location is great! However, the property is in poor shape and the quite noisy for sleep needs! The heat system has issues with noise and temperature control. A pricey hotel for the conditions we found.
