Worn, but cleanPosted Mar 3, 2014
It was an older hotel, but the bathroom was clean and the bed for comfortable. The furniture was quite old. For the money I was very happy with my stay.

Okay for the pricePosted Dec 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
It's not that great of a hotel. It is kind of dirty, but the price is the best in the city and for one night (just to sleep and leave) it's not bad.

Only spent one night in Lincoln and just needed a place to stay and the room was fine. Area is nothing to brag about but the stay was fine and the staff were friendly.

Warning!Posted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: It was cheep
Cons: CLEANLINESS!!!! Fix up the room just a bit, maybe a coat of paint to cover the questionable stains on the white-ish walls
Location: Airport was just across the street, as well as a McDonalds and in a clean part of town.
No heat, bullet holes in the dry wall in the room, open condom wrapper IN sheets, dirty sheets, the room was a mess. Not to mention the noises from neighbors turning on the water (the pipes sounded like they were going to burst). Smoke detector was ripped from the sealing. Found a drug scale tucked under the mattress and there was chewed gum on the head board. I guess you get what you pay for, and 41$ a night is cheep but I should have spent a few more dollars for at least a place with heat in the room.

SurprisedPosted Nov 27, 2013
Cons: Heat was not thermostatically controlled, switch was broken and confusing to heat room as it was a window unit.
I booked on expedia only to find the marquee ouside of the hotel had a lower price.

The hotel needs a lot of work they have not done a very good job of keeping up on the maintenance of the building. The walls in the room I stayed in where dirty and in the hallway the ceiling vent looked like it was going to fall out at any time. The hotel needs to be remodeled desperately.

just don't do it.Posted Oct 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place should be shut down. Lock broken on the door, mildew and peeling paint in bathroom, the carpet felt sticky, the bed sloped to one side, and you won't sleep because you feel your overall safety is compromised. I wished I had stayed at the Motel 6 for an extra $5.
