“It's an old hotel”

The general layout of the room was nice, but the hotel is old and nothing has been replaced for a very long time. The towels were old and dingy, and the maid service did not come unless requested, and when they did the only thing they did was take out the trash. I understand we had a lot of stuff in our room, but the maids didn't even offer to vacuum or replace any toiletries, and we stayed for 4 days. The air coming out of the vent system smelled old and moldy. Thought this would be a nicer place. Location was great, decent breakfast in the morning, and the pool was small but just okay.

Area recommendations

We ate at the Steakhouse in Lincoln and it was amazing!!!! Highly recommend that place, but make reservations!!!

“Not a place I will return to.”

This hotel appears to be relatively new but the quality of construction and finish work is poor. The decor in the room is cheap and already looks worn. Our room was noisy, both from the hallway and from the room above. The bathroom had mold in the shower. No carafe in the coffee pot so we couldn't even make coffee. Overall a very disappointing experience.

“At the bottom of my list”

The hotel is very outdated, and in need of a makeover. The only good thing I can say is that it was fairly quiet. I would only stay again as a last resort.

Area recommendations

Lincoln is a great city. I love the downtown area, especially the Haymarket area for good restaurants and bars. Lincoln also has many sections that have been renovated and offer their own unique shopping and dining experiences.

Family-friendly activities

If you have young children, make sure and check out the Children's museum in downtown Lincoln. Plan on being there several hours.

“Will stay here again!”

The room had a funny smell when we entered but we were very impressed with the size of the room. I believe it may have been a smoking room and they haven't eliminated the smell. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Was very pleased with everything other than the smell. We will definitely return for another stay!

“Don't settle for less, Settle Inn!”

Great place to stay! As someone just driving through Lincoln it was very conveniently located just off the highway, but also only about 10 minute drive to down town. Staff was friendly, recommended a great spot for dinner and directions. Room was clean and comfortable, very big bed. The AC was a little finicky but nothing to bad. Continental breakfast was satisfactory and early, 6-9 am. Overall great place to stay! And don't forget the themed rooms!
