The facilities here are excellent the spa and gym area are fabulous, the rooms are starting to become tired. The rooms also have paper thin walls so if you're a light sleeper like me it's not ideal! When checking out in the morning there were no staff present so after 5 minutes left our room card and paper on the desk as we had already settled our bill. We found the same with staff disappearing for large periods from the bar in the previous evening, one poor lady stood over ten minutes and walked off. The restaurant staff were attentive.

Spa area brilliant. Outdoor pool, great saunas and ice room. Main pool very large but you have to book a timed slot. Food is good quality and variety, very reasonable priced and kids menu also good. Better than expected for the price

The venue was very good, staff excellent ad was the food, the only dowside was the qualith of drinks, worst wine i haver tasted, limited beer options sbd the coffee was not good either.

Well worth a visit
The hotel was beautiful and the spa was great. The only downside was that the pool shut at 6pm on the Saturday and we had to get out after just 45 mins. It would be great if it could stay open a little later.

Nice hotel
It is a nice place facilities were a long walk from the room, but very good, The large pool was a little cold but if you do lengths it's no problem after length 2 you warm up the outdoor spar pool was very nice Breakfast is very nice buffet style, nice traditional breakfast croissants very nice. staff-friendly bar is as always very pricey. Comfy room and bed .Would stay again I will be staying again

Great Western
Outstanding accommodation for our short break to visit family. Facilities are second to none and the service is everything you’d expect from a best western plus. Disappointing the restaurant evening food didn't meet the same high standards. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Kenwick Park isn’t in the west and it certainly isn’t the best! Although the swimming pool was excellent at the leisure centre, and some of the staff were friendly enough, overall our hotel room left a lot to be desired. Dated flat-pack furniture, a bathroom left over from the 1990’s, worn out chairs and loose fixtures. Hot water from a cold tap and a shower lacking power! Bedside lamps that failed to illuminate the area, no power by the bed for phones, and some strange smells in the corridor! The grounds looked lovely but the hotel badly needs bringing up to a similar standard

Overnight Stay for Charity Ball
We stayed for just the one night as we were attending a Charity Event Ball at the hotel & I have to say how impressed I was with the Hotel, its staff & the quality of the food. Check In was good, being welcomed by a very pleasant guy who was also on duty at the evening event and then again in the morning as he was on breakfast duty as well. The evening meal was very good, all served in good time for a large event & breakfast in the morning was excellent. To cap a great evening we also won afternoon tea for two at the hotel in the raffle which will be something to really look forward to Well done to all the staff at The Kenwick Park Hotel

Lovely hotel with super spa facilities
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The views over the complex were lovely. The spa facilities were excellent, although it's disappointing it opens at 8.00am on Saturdays. Due to the early check-out time of 10.00am, we didn't have time for a swim. This prevented a 5/5 rating.

Check in was poor as couple of guys in front hadn’t been booked in for B&B so took a while to get sorted . Room 219 lovely nice size decorations fresh etc Problem came when I went to the bar for food ordered a pint and steak and chips was told they were full and go outside to podium to ask if they could fit me in !! There were 7 empty tables I spoke to restaurant manager who asked why I hadn’t booked?? Told me to take a seat and he would sort I sat for 20 minutes before I had to ask when? He has stood talking to staff and had seen me so soon wasn’t good enough. I left but called at reception asking why they didn’t notify me on check in you need to book - think the lady thought it was funny .

Thank you for your review. We do have limited seating & availability within the restaurant area & on our confirmation letters we do advise that guests book in advance to avoid disappointment. The empty tables at the time may have been waiting for other guests to arrive. We try not to double book tables & make our guests feel rushed. We do hope that we can welcome you back in the future.

Lovely place and pool, apart from annex.
We stayed one night. Check in staff friendly so too we’re breakfast staff but not enough of them as it got quite busy. Room was spacious and simply decorated. On the website it looks as though they are doing them up but ours in the annex (dog friendly) had not and had a drawer missing and didn’t smell the freshest. Also was very noisy when people in room above were walking about in middle of night. (Think it must have been a staff quarter). Access to the beautiful pool was a real bonus and it was great to take the kid to before breakfast. Breakfast had plenty of choice but hot options were bulk cooked, so were ok. No EV chargers working so glad not taken other car. Grounds beautiful and a peaceful place to stay. Would stay again if in different room.

Everything was superb only one issue for us was being on the ground floor with a path right by our bathroom window it really needs a blind for privacy frosted glass not enough with people walking so close by needed to put towel against glass

Lovely looking hotel but a little tired. Breakfast was a bit poor and breakfast staff member was a rude as we had turned the toaster down a bit to toast my sons bread as the 1st try was exceptionally burnt for the worker to turn the toaster up and when i explained i was going to return to the original setting ge just lughed nd walked away,same staff member couldnt be bothered talking to me when i asked if the milk was semi or whole he snapped semi!! The stff on reception were pleasant. We were also told the pool staff would be able to get towels from the leisure team however on arrival we were told it was £2 per person which was a little annoying - i have never had a charge at any hotel we have stayed in.when i told the leisure staff member i had been told otherwise by hotel staff and i had no money with me or towels she said well its go to be paid. Would not stay here again as staff are just rude!

Good option for Cadwell Park Track
I was racing at Cadwell Park. I stayed here for two nights. Check-in was good. Room adequate. Cold glasses for cold Madri beer at the bar. Dinner was ok. I didn’t try breakfast either morning. And my usual question - Would I stay again? It’s a Yes on that one. For sure.

Good but could improve
Suite was lovely spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good although only one poor lady rushed off her feet in the restaurant serving. A couple of negatives no shower gel no hot water in the morning and fire alarm woke us up at 3am. I knew when we checked out we wouldn’t get asked if our stay was good and when told reception about the problems they weren’t that bothered.

The room was nice and large the bed was very comfortable, but overall the room felt very tired, there where no pictures on the wall but you can see where there were pictures because of the dirt out lines still visable on the wallpaper. No fidge in the room, the completely tea and coffee tray very poor 2 tea bags and 4 liitle cartoon of milk and some coffee, no choice of teas just plain breakfast tea, and no biscuits, and no water for a hotel of this size and quality and the price paid i expect more. Breakfast for 2 of the 3 days we stayed was very poor the hotel was busy but this should not reflect in the quality of the service and food. It's such a shame to see a hotel that was previously excellent go down hill.
