Excellent hotel on outskirts of LincolnPosted Feb 3, 2013
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Very comfortable bed, large double room and large bathroom. Tea, coffee making facilities in each room but no biscuits !! 24 hour food available. Limited choice of TV programmes Plenty of room for parking. Pub and restaurant next to car park.

Good value out of town hotelPosted Jan 23, 2013
Pros: The shower and the bed
Cons: Noisy on a Saturday night
Location: Isolated from main facilities but with adjacent pub abd food/restaurant.
Great walk in double shower, massive bed,. Window latch broken on arrival but mended immediately. Good quiet first night but a lot of noise on the Saturday night.

Fit for buiness stay purposePosted Jan 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is priced very competitive and for that price the facilities are adequate. Rooms clean & tidy. Only one downfall is the surcharge for the wifi.
Does the jobPosted Jan 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is fine for a budget break or work stay. Friendly and helpful staff. 3 miles or so to Lincoln but free parking which othe hotels do not have.i found room to be fine and clean , bed comfort is awesome !!! Wanted to take it home lol. Worst thing is breakfast.... Poor quality and no boiling water for tea... Would recommend at this price tho.

Having stayed in Lincoln previously, this rates as by far the best value for money within easy access of suitable places to eat and within easy reach of the City. However, it is necessary to have your own car due to the location approx 3 miles from Lincon City centre. An excellent Hotel

Excellent value, although some distance out from the centre of Lincoln and set in a business park. There is a neighbouring pub (Pride of Lincoln) and an Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Wish Ibis would offer a cheaper breakfast option for those only wanting a bowl of cereals and a cup of coffee!

Very comfortable room at a great pricePosted Jan 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very clean and comfortable with a huge bed. We also found it to be very quiet - although we were facing the main road, we couldn't hear a thing. Location-wise, it's quite far from the city - around 15 minutes drive. There isn't a great deal in the area, but it's very convenient for the main roads north and south.
Good value-for-money hotelPosted Dec 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel facilities were good; and there was ample car parking space. The location was somewhat remote from Lincoln centre (easy by car, but not by public transport). There are bus routes a short walk away; but local bus services seem to follow a confusing route, so it is a little difficult to identify the nearest stop to the hotel.

Budget hotel - did the basics very well.Posted Dec 12, 2012
My g/f and I came to Lincoln for the Christmas market, and availability was limited on the Sunday night. Trying to do the trip on a budget meant that the Ibis was the best option. The location is very accessible by car, not pretty but for a nights stay it was perfect. The hotel itself was pleasantly surprising. It is an Ibis so I was not expecting quality, all you can ask is friendly and helpful staff and a clean room, both of which were met. The breakfast buffet in the morning of £7.50 p/p was basic, but good. Ibis have done the basics very well, so if you are after a budget stay then I throroughly recommend.
