Location is perfect, right on the harbour. The hotel is a lovely grand hotel that has not lost any of it's charm and attraction. Our room was large and comfortable facing the lake side. The staff were very professional and friendly. Look forward to returning some day.

We had a great experience at this Hotel in Lindau. Not far from the island by car (couple of minutes away). Room was new, great bathroom also.
Breakfast was included in the price and was pretty good too

First time staying on Lindau Island. The trip was for business purposes and the whole experience was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive, meals excellent and the condition and cleanliness of the rooms were supberb.
Although we were there for business, it would be a great location for a short break as a couple. So much so that I'll be looking to go back with my wife at some time next year.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. It is set in a quiet location but only a few miles from Lindau itself. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were met with a warm greeting on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will be back. Lindau is a beautiful place for sightseeing. Lots to do and see. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafés.

A former Roman settlement, the island of Lindau has a medieval centre criss-crossed by cobblestoned streets leading to historic courtyards or to the lake. The towers of Diebsturm and Mangturm dominate the skyline, while the Old City Hall has a library and gallery. Mechanical musical instruments are part of the exhibition in the Town Museum.
