“It was ok”

Room was overall very clean except they did not empty the trash can in the bathroom from previous occupants (yuk). they do not include the nice ammenities most hotels do such as shampoo. the hand-soap lotion was empty. When requested they did bring us what we needed so the service was good although the staff was a little distant, but I guess that's the culture. The location was not as great as we though - the area around there is pretty run-down. For just a few euros more we stayed at another hotel by the Rossio on the way back which was 5 stars and SO MUCH BETTER then this one. I can still recommend this one, but shop for cheap rates on it, don't pay the high dollars for it.

“Clean and spacious!”

Went to Portugal as a group of 5 people. It was very hard to find a room to accomodate 3 people, let alone 5. The room we had could sleep 6 and had a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, and a sofa bed that was very comfortable. The price was great. The decor of room was modern and very spacious. I found that for a counry that relies on tourism, the restaurants and hotels are not very friendly. We had a tour guide while we were there, and he had never heard of the hotel, but was impressed when we got there. To anyone planning a trip to Portugal, I would recommend a tour guide. The roads and traffic are confusing and the sites are hard to find. Also parking is an issue, and I found that tey are very leanient on tour guides because they are bringing in business. As far as the hotel, I would definately recommend it.

“Lisbon, Portugal - Clean and ample space”

Our 2 rooms at the Lisbon, Porugal CS served our purposes well for our one night stay in Lisbon prior to leaving the country on an international flight. The rooms were clean, the location easy access to the arport, a fun pool for the kids, pleasant staff and the right cost to us. Obrigada - Thank you

“Wish we could have stayed longer.”

Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, the night before we had a plane ride home. We wish we could have stayed longer. I walked in and thought I was in IKEA...It was beautiful. Clean, and ohhh...so comfortable. We were given a crib for our 7 month old which was so helpful. The only issue was trying to get to the proper side of the road to reach the hotel, maps are nice but suggested directions would have helped. The desk man even helped us to go to a very nice resturant for dinner.
