Very nice business hotel, I dont think it is suitable for pleasure travel… nice location, rooms looking at the highway is a bit noisy if you stay at a lowet floor

Booked for 3 nights in 2 rooms. The first time they gave me Two different rooms at different floors. I asked for a change because one of the rooms was a bot different from the other one(bathroom didn‘t have a door). The employee was justifying the difference by saying :it‘s the same typology but they have different arrangement. Wasn‘t convincing so I insisted to have both rooms with same arrangement in the same floor. They did finally. There were problems with my room: I couldn‘t turn off the hall lights as the switch was not working. Also the manual key of the door was not working. I had one incident when the one of the workers opened the door after ringing the bell (i wasn‘t responding) just to ask me if I need a chocolate ?? It was late in the 31 dec night. Good thing they welcomed me with a sweet and they served us with complementary cake in the new year night. Overall, a decent stay and service except the points above.

I stayed here for a week and overall enjoyed the stay. We got upgraded to a suite above the level that we initially booked, which was great. The welcoming staff were great and overall we had a nice time and breakfast was a pleasant experience (though could have more variability. it's basically the same thing every day). The room was very comfortable. I'm used to having a personal concierge when staying at a 5-star hotel, so that was missing and could have made the experience a little nice a the price point.

Rooms were ok. Lot of broken things glued together and black mold in bathrooms. Not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was top notch and room service was excellent. Overall excellent service but facilities and rooms need improvement to seem 5 star.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was amazing. Never seen a buffet breakfast this good and the service this amazing. Really impressed with how helpful and friendly all the staff were. If we ever come back to Lisbon this is where we will stay.
