Hotel is nice and staff helpful, good location for what I needed. Only downside is its on the flight path and you do hear the planes, I think this would be the same for any hotel in the area.
I made a right choice. The Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful when we had a question, or recommendations. The Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is conveniently located in the central district, We walked to the tourist area. I enjoyed it.
Great experience. Andreia was awesome and helpful.

This hotel is not a 4*, it's basic, it only has one pillow, towels, soap-shamp-cond, toilet rolls. All you get from a 3*. It's under Lisbon fly path, right beside metro rail track and the traffic of a busy road outside. It's very noisy, I wouldn't be coming back here again.
The Lisboa Parque Hotel is a truly a hidden gem. Less than half the price of the Epic Sana next door, it has everything budget minded travelers need including clean comfortable rooms and a terrific breakfast to start your day. Best of all it’s 5 minutes from Parque de Pombal, literally the hub of tourist transportation: sightseeing buses, metro, tours, you name it. There could not be a better location in Lisbon! We picked a room with a terrace. Very nice touch.
Not enough staff, almost if time there is no Receptionest because they are doin everything in hotel as bar service same time
Location, cleaning, and room quality is too poor
Check in took forever as the front desk decided to organize their paperwork instead of assisting us or checking us in. Plus, they completely confused us about paying for parking so we ended up paying extra.
Asked for a glass of wine at the bar and the gal helping was absolutely clueless and looked in the hard liquor and then the beer even though we tried to redirect as we could see the wine we desired only to be told, “Don’t have” and was unwilling to assist further.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Quiet place in the heart of Lisbon. We loved this hotel for his emplacement , for his simplicity and modern style. It smelled good inside. We should recommend it for everybody.
The room was clean, fridge and safe in the room. Parking was great. Parking was accessible under the hotel. $18 per night and that is a reasonable price for the area. Felt that the car was safe. Could walk to see monuments, parks and all types of restaurants. Very enjoyable. Also, a short distance if you needed an Uber and they were readily available. Great stay. Thanks Expedia!
Really liked the Eurostars Lisboa hotel. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is near the main shopping area, and an easy walk to the metro to get around. We stayed over a weekend and the area was very quiet . Would recommend a stay here.
This hotel is a good place to stay in Lisbon. It is just off the tourist area, and is quiet and not congested. Yet, it has easy access to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel also has a wonderful staff willing to assist and good breakfast with fresh fruits. The following are my suggestions for its improvement: (1) The room was very dim, and difficult to read and work on my computer. At least, there should be a brighter light bulb for the desk. (2) It is rare to see a hotel room with no Kleenex.
Room was ok but we couldn't get the ac to work properly even though the staff came by to fix it. Our room had a nice balcony but the drapes were too small so we couldn't block out all the light.
The hotel is in a good neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was great, really good. The lobby was dull and didn't make us want to hang out and enjoy the hotel.
Breakfasy is good. Both food and attendance from the employees.
I think it would be better if you can provide some slippers for the guests who need them.
