“no faults”

All customer-facing people were polite, efficient and pro- active. The waiting staff, the concierge and the from desk get topmarks (regardless of shift). The unseen people must also be good judging by the results.

“Loved the Four Seasons Ritz”

Loved the Four Seasons Ritz especially the gorgeous spa in the lower level and the gym on the roof with the view of all of Lisbon....Amazing!!! I also had the least expensive room which suited me just fine. I had a terrace and actually liked my view of the street. My parents had an upgraded room that was a good deal larger with a park view, but I didn't feel like I was missing much. The breakfast that was included in our rate was like a banquet. My only complaint might be that to have something to eat in the hotel in the evening was a small fortune, so the one night we would have wanted to eat in the hotel since we had a flight early the next morning we went out anyway. Also keep in mind if you go, do not miss going outside of Lisbon to Sintra. The hotel arranged a beautiful car and driver for us for the day (not cheap of course) and it was the best day we had there. Have fun!!!

“Expensive but Great”

The hotel is great. As everything in Europe its quite expensive. Location wise if your going to Lisbon it's better to be closer to the downtown area of Chiado, Plaza de Comercio or Barrio Alto. There's were the action is. Nevertheless, the hotel is not far from this area and taxis are the only cheap thing in Lisbon these days. Overall service and hotel conditions are A+.

“good business hotel”

it is a good hotel in a central location . The building is a bit dated and too much concrete However staff are very helpfull . I stayed with my son in a superior double room . ıt was a good size , classical decoration and had a nice balcony. We ate in the hotel a few times ,food was good but a bit on the expensive sides starters around 20 euro . Tried to book a massage that too was little expensive,150 euro for an hour. Gym was very good had lovely views of Lisbon and it was very good size with most equipment and weights , pilates , yoga and so on

“Nice, old style hotel”

Nice hotel. A little old in terms of its style and facilities (we had just come from The Yeatman in Oporto which was the complete opposite and which we loved) but the service was good and staff very helpful.
