I'd stay here again
Very nice stay. Metro outside the door, decent food at hotel and a few restaurants nearby. We had a car so we choose this hotel with underground parking.

Perfect place to stay if you have a car. Parking lot is under the hotel. Metro stop right next to the hotel, so it’s really easy to access the historic areas. The staff was outstanding, breakfast good, and the room really clean. Only 4 stars because of the airplane noise- really close to the airport.

Happy with our stay. Hotel was nice and clean, staff very nice and accommodating. Minibar in room is on sensor, but staff graciously removed everything so we can use as a fridge for our things We were on 9th floor, wifi in room did not work unless you were at door or into hallway. Easy to get around the city via uber/taxi/transit otherwise not very close for walking down to the main attraction area. breakfast was nice and had a good variety

The hotel was very clean, modern and most of the staff were very accommodating. However, one morning after we checked in at the entrance of the dining room with our room number for the buffet breakfast, an employee came into the dining room to ask the server to approach us to ask us again for our room number. This was long after we had entered the dining room. We did not observe this happening to anyone else and It felt extremely uncomfortable as if to imply that we were not guests of the hotel.

Hotel is quite far from the old city, but easy access to the airport by metro. Also metro to take to the old city. I would call this a business hotel with great AC and services. Would stay again when I’m Lisbon

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location. Good dining options available within walking distance. Comfortable and clean. The only downfall is the noise from the airport. The air traffic is constant

This was a great little boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, who had strong English skills (helpful for Canadians traveling abroad!). Very close to a Metro station and the Bus terminal. We enjoyed our short visit there!

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Only wish the Wi-Fi can run faster. Overall condition is among the best I experienced in Lispon.

Hotel Acores is located in a nice, clean and safe area. The metro train and bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it very convenient, invluding Uber and taxi's were very easily accesible. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, which i highly recommend you include when booking. Iwould stay here again.

One suggestion would be to provide clear directions for parking before arrival. The parking garage is not clearly marked and a bit difficult to locate.

This hotel is right next to a subway station, so you are only about 10 minutes away from the downtown sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with some hot food options and lots of breads and pastries, although the seating is limited so time must be scheduled. The parking was reasonably priced and very convenient. Room is not large but didn't feel cramped at all. Overall would certainly stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, without exception every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, polite and accommodating. The room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good and the metro station out front makes it very convenient to travel around the city, though we chose to walk which is also very accessible. Will undoubtedly stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon.

It was a little larger than the last one we had stayed in. What i did not like is that they charged for local calls. They wanted to charge me 300 euros after i tried getting through to TAP airlines because they had switched our seats around. After a full night of getting nowhere with TAP we got it sorted out the next morning.

Hotel is located over Praca de Espanha metro Station with easy access to airport, Sete Rios Train / Bus terminal, old town and tourist area. Area was safe with awesome Wok Mundo Chinese/ sushi dinner buffet 5 minute walk across the street for 9.5 euro Room was very clean, spacious, stocked with nice toiletries, safe and numerous English TV channels. Complementary breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, breads, meats, pastries, juices and hot drinks Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful in providing sightseeing suggestions. Great value and would definitely stay here again

Why pay more to stay in the centre?
perfect position next to the Metro station. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable room and a good breakfast.

located on top of metro subway station. nice clean rooms. good breakfast. But the evening dinner restaurant staff was horrible and refused to search if you don't order a full meal/person.
