Great central location that was in a quiet part of town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was excellent. Peaceful with a lovely view of the city.

We loved our stay at Hotel do Chiado. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and clean with lots of special touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Our floor was quiet. The hotel is close to everything in Lisbon and we had a great view of the city from the rooftop bar. Daily complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top. Friends of ours stayed at a much more expensive hotel nearby and liked our hotel better.

Fantastic hotel excellently placed to explore Lisbon. Great rooftop bar with views across Lisbon to the Castelo St Jorge. We had a premium room on the top floor with a wonderful little terrace, also overlooking Lisbon. Staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again! Only one suggestion, have some larger cups in the room for tea drinkers (only espresso cups given)

The hotel is in a great location and a perfect hub to explore the city from. Our room had a private terrace which overlooked part of the city and the castle.

The hotel and service was excellent. With all staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty selection fruit, cereals yoghurt cold buffet selection of meats and cheeses with a wide selection of breads and cakes plus full English. The room was spacious with spectacular views of the city from the balcony. Location was excellent with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is an incline up to the hotel so may not suit all. We are over 60 and managed. Plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance.

In this hotel, it's imperative not to leave any belongings unattended in your room. Unfortunately, we experienced theft firsthand when our earpods were taken. Despite providing evidence of their location to the manager at reception, he failed to take appropriate action to recover them or offer compensation for the theft. His response was dismissive, merely stating that he spoke to the cleaner, who denied any involvement. Additionally, other items such as clothing accessories were also missing. If you choose to stay at this hotel, exercise extreme caution with your belongings, as manager's lack of concern for the integrity of the establishment leaves much to be desired.

It only corresponds to defamation and an attack on the honor of the Hotel do Chiado team without any foundation.At the Hotel reception you complained about the disappearance of some airpods, accusing our staff of theft without any evidence, as we have verified after internal analysis.In fact, you had the location of the airpods on your Iphone, so you were advised by our front office manager to file a complaint with the police. We do not know whether or not you actually made the complaint.In this review, you mention the disappearance of other items, which you never mentioned when you reported the case to reception.We are surprised that you had such a negative experience and were so traumatized by the disappearance of your belongings and yet you made a second booking with us, staying for a total of 6 nights.Best regards,

Had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. The central location was perfect for us to comfortably walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and our room felt massive with high ceilings. Absolutely would recommend.

Top notch stay in Lisbon hotel
The room and hotel staff are exceptional! Very comfortable, clean and roomy. The staff genuinely seem to like each other, work well together, and are VERY attentive to the hotel guests. They guided me well and made great recommendations, especially recommending a health facility that helped me immensely with my foot infection. Highly recommend!

Property location was excellent, walking distance from train station, mall, restaurants, shopping area, & Xmas market. Property was clean, well kept, spacious bedroom & bathroom. City view from breakfast area was awesome. Staff was very friendly, housekeeping kept checking if we needed any supplies. This property would be our first choice when we return to Lisbon.

This was a wonderful hotel in a super convenient location in Lisbon. Walkable to so many things and easy access to public transport. I highly recommend it! Great breakfast too!

The hotel was at a stop on the Metro. Rooftop patio views were amazing. Walking distance to a lot of shopping, museums and monuments. Would definitely stay here again due to the location.
