This hotel offers excellent value. Great location in the heart of Lisbon. You can walk to almost any tourist attraction. Excellent if you have a car because there are nine free, private parking spaces on the street in front ... which makes it easy to take excursions to outlying areas. Very clean, with courteous staff and hearty buffet breakfasts. Go for it!

“Nice family freindly hotel”

The hotel is a good price and in a good location. It is easy to walk to from a couple of different subway/metro stops. The staff was helpful and the facility was good. The elevators are odd as they require you to shut a sliding door to allow them to operate. If the last person to use the elevator does not shut the door it will not operate and you are stuck walking the stairs. The room was adequate with a king / 2 twins in one room and a single bed and crib in another. The sperate room for kids is helpful when you are trying to put them to sleep without going to bed yourself. The view was pretty bad from the room but we didn't go there to look out of the window. The location is great for getting out to the real siteseeing so I would stay at this hotel and would recommend it to families.

“Good hotel for a family”

There were three of us and we booked a room with three rooms for two nights. Amazingly we got a suite with two rooms. The breakfast is OK. The wi-fi is everywhere in the hotel and it's free of charge. The cleaning service is rather slow (they got to our room around 5 pm but did a good job. There is a convenient store near the hotel where you can get bottled water and other small items. The location is good, we walked to major sights or used taxi to remote locations. There are plenty of taxis in the city and for 3 or more people ii is cheaper than public transportation. The Lisbon Walks company is a great walking tour company that I highly recommend.
