Nice hotel just outside city centre

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Quite
Cons: Extractor didn't work and the shower head was loose.in the first room. Glass toilet door was falling off the hinges and seal around bath was missing.
Location: Plenty of good bars and restaurants
Handy location just minutes from the Metro with easy access to Lisbon centre.

Good location, solid value

Very good location next to two subway lines making getting around Lison extremely easy. The rooms are spacious with modern fittings, great cable/wifi and maid service. The value was the best I've found in Lisbon.

overall quite satisfied, very nice hotel. the front desk staff weren't too friendly (no greetings when leaving/coming in), but the staff working in the dining room during breakfast were delightful

Lovely little hotel, in good location.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is medium size, and had TV. Small fridge in room, that could have done with a bit of a clean on the inside. Nice clean, crisp bedding. Wardrobe with hangers. Bathroom was very nice and clean, shower, toilet and lots of clean towels to use. Nearby the hotel are a few restaurants, 2 malls for all your shopping needs and a grocery shop about 5 mins walk away. Hotel is situated next to the metro stop which takes you all the way to the airport and also good bus connections e.g. to Belem, or other interesting places. All in all, a lovely hotel, and would definitely stay there again next time i'm in Portugal.

Perfect for a 2 night stay in Lisbon to attend a conference. Centrally located, clean rooms, very helpful staff and the free WiFi was appreciated.

O.K. for the price

The bedroom was acceptable as far as the size was concerned. Bathroom was very roomy. The notice not to interfere with the air con is a joke as it was never turned on. We needed the balcony window open all night to cool the room but then we could hear traffic and what seemed to be building work going all night. The hotel however is quite convenient for travelling around with the metro just a few minutes walk away.

Fair price for middle range quality

Close to metro station where no need to change lines; 20mins metro from airport; 2 shopping malls nearby with food court for dining; Situated in the commercial centre so quite safe when walking around; 20 mins walk downhill walk to the city centre for sight seeing and shopping; large room but air conditioning seems out of order for my room.....

More of a business hotel

Pros: spotlessly clean, modern amenities, value for money Cons: rude, unhelpful reception staff, a little way out of the city We found our room to be very quiet - although we did ask for a room at the end of a corridor, so I think this helped (although our window was much smaller than other rooms). They tried to charge us a second time for a late check-out...make sure you receive a receipt when paying for items. The air-conditioning had a sign on it asking guests not to alter (what’s the point of having air-conditioning that you are not allowed to set?) The mini bar was empty, however there was a price list for it (again, what's the point?) We didn't have the hotel breakfasts, as there's a food court in the basement of the shopping centre right opposite the hotel - where I imagine there's a greater choice and less expensive.
