close to airportPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The only reason we booked this hotel was because of its proximity to airport. One night stay.
Cons: Bathrooms are renovated so they could renovate rooms specifically the beds and other areas of the hotel.
Location: Not much to do in the area ; do not recommend for more than 1 night. Not my favorite area of Lisbon.
Beds not comfortable ; staff okay but not helpful. Very noisy at night ; not in the best area of Lisbon.

nice hotel, well located in the city.Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: locate in front of tube station, free wifi, very affordable.
Location: not much within the hotel vicinity but the underground is just in front of it as well as other very accessible transports to take you anywhere.
staff was very friendly and helpful, loved the bedroom and planning to return there!

Great hotelPosted May 12, 2014
This was a great hotel for the price. It was very clean and the rooms were a great size. Although it is not in the city center, there is a bus stop and metro less than a block away and if you want to visit the castles of Sintra, the train is about a 10 minute walk. It is also not in the tourist area, so it was a great immersion into the culture. Loved it and would love to go back!

Nice quiet, comfortable and affordablePosted May 4, 2014
Pros: Double windows virtually blocked out ALL street noise. Strong hair dryer, good bath/shower, good breakfast, and a totally dark room for sleeping
Cons: Would like to see more accessible outlets in European hotels. Doable but inconvenient
Location: Metro located across the street allows access to all of Lisbo. Self laundry 3 blocks away. Safe area across from nice park.
Lisbon is awesome and this hotel allowed us to either walk to or from town for the experience or use the very affordable metro. It's a good hike! We used the 6 euro 24 hr pass a lot when using the trans system. Otherwise a reusable refillable ticket worked well. Rick Steves gives some pretty good self-guided walking tours and recommendations. Have used him in the past.

Better than expected!Posted May 3, 2014
Pros: The room was large and clean, and there was a good sized bath. The staff were very accommodating.
Cons: The restaurant and coffee shop were closed . . . the staff did not explain the wi-fi system until the last day (of 6 ) !
Location: close to the park and transport connections. Supermarket just down the road.
The room was big clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't rty the food. It is close to the airport bus and metro stops, so very convenient. There is a large park opposite the hotel.

Reasonable hotel on the outskirts of Lisbon.Posted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: We found the hotel staff charming, the bedroom comfortable and the bathroom adequate.
Cons: The restaurant !!!!!!!!
Location: Not an attractive area and very few restaurants locally. Although Metro nearby, you have to change lines to reach the city centre.
We stayed 5 nights and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We did not take breakfast but did have one dinner which was very disappointing for a so-called 4 star hotel. Most items on the menu were ' off ' and there was a choice of only three wines, one white and two reds. The bar did not have permanent staff. We had to go to reception and request someone serve us EVERY time we wanted a drink (which was not often but still inconvenient as the member of staff was called from the upstairs restaurant).

Good value for money hotel near airprortPosted Jan 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice, clean, and renovated. The staff was helpful. Location not close to downtown but subway is nearby and convenient to get there. Close to airport. Neighborhood is pretty dull, not much going on. Overall good value for money.

fairly handy for the airport but....Posted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: the bed and the food
Cons: a different receptionist when we checked in or at least one who was polite and did what she said she would!
our room was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the waiting staff in it were very helpful. BUT the receptionist who checked us in could not have been any ruder or inept if she tried. she was surly when we checked in, she didn't explain how we got access to the safety deposit box. we were entitled to a discount in the restaurant which wasn't offered but the worse was when we asked for a wake-up call and a cab to take us to the airport in the morning. Despite confirming that it was taken care off, neither took place which resulted in us just making our flight by the skin of our teeth.
