Easy airport accessPosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
Location: The metro is close and therefore it is easy to travel to tourist sights and get around the city.
We just stayed one night because we were between flights but if we return to Lisbon on another trip I would definitely stay there.

Great Hotel - comfortable and convenient locationPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Everything! The staff, the rooms, the cleanliness
The hotel was comfortable, clean and everything we were looking for for our trip to Lisbon. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms felt luxurious. Also, the location was great - a bus you can take from the airport stops right outside the hotel and the metro system into the city centre is only across the road. We were impressed by how quickly and easily we could get in and out of the city and would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Pros: Convenience to the airport and nh service. Room was "four star" quality at least.
Cons: Room service could offer foods that are Portguese! Pizza and Italian pastas? Restaurant menu was up to nh standard, though only 1 white, 1 red wine?
Location: It wasn't as near any station in Lisbon's outstanding metro system as one might wish. A bus station right there offers frequent service to the center
We were there for a comfortable final night in Portugal to be near LIS airport. It served us very well. The staff were excellent, as usual for a hotel in the nh chain--for example, helping us with teo cartons of wine delivered there before our arrival.

Big clean room, plenty of amenities, less than 10 mins by taxi to airport.

close to airportPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The only reason we booked this hotel was because of its proximity to airport. One night stay.
Cons: Bathrooms are renovated so they could renovate rooms specifically the beds and other areas of the hotel.
Location: Not much to do in the area ; do not recommend for more than 1 night. Not my favorite area of Lisbon.
Beds not comfortable ; staff okay but not helpful. Very noisy at night ; not in the best area of Lisbon.

Great hotelPosted May 12, 2014
This was a great hotel for the price. It was very clean and the rooms were a great size. Although it is not in the city center, there is a bus stop and metro less than a block away and if you want to visit the castles of Sintra, the train is about a 10 minute walk. It is also not in the tourist area, so it was a great immersion into the culture. Loved it and would love to go back!

Nice quiet, comfortable and affordablePosted May 4, 2014
Pros: Double windows virtually blocked out ALL street noise. Strong hair dryer, good bath/shower, good breakfast, and a totally dark room for sleeping
Cons: Would like to see more accessible outlets in European hotels. Doable but inconvenient
Location: Metro located across the street allows access to all of Lisbo. Self laundry 3 blocks away. Safe area across from nice park.
Lisbon is awesome and this hotel allowed us to either walk to or from town for the experience or use the very affordable metro. It's a good hike! We used the 6 euro 24 hr pass a lot when using the trans system. Otherwise a reusable refillable ticket worked well. Rick Steves gives some pretty good self-guided walking tours and recommendations. Have used him in the past.

Better than expected!Posted May 3, 2014
Pros: The room was large and clean, and there was a good sized bath. The staff were very accommodating.
Cons: The restaurant and coffee shop were closed . . . the staff did not explain the wi-fi system until the last day (of 6 ) !
Location: close to the park and transport connections. Supermarket just down the road.
The room was big clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't rty the food. It is close to the airport bus and metro stops, so very convenient. There is a large park opposite the hotel.
