Its location is very central to everything. It also means finding a parking spot is next to impossible. Hotel parking access is extremely tight, and not easy to get in and out. We simply parked our little car in the hotel park and walked or Uberred everywhere.

Nice hotel bit out of the way from main tourist attractions.10 min walk to nearest metro station. Large room and bathroom, good breakfast. Only downside was there was not much soundproofing between rooms. Not really an issue but could hear a lot of noise when people were in corridor.

Lovely clean , quiet and spacious room . With all we needed. Shower tray needed replacing as slightly collapsed but everything else in perfect order . All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only slight negative was breakfast was very busy and congested as everyone descends at the same time , so not tables cleared quickly enough . Plenty of selection and refilled quickly . Area a little out of town but if fit a nice 30 min walk to all the main attractions. Some lovely local restaurants in the area with 10 mins , very reasonable prices and away from the tourists crowds .

The schedule for the restaraunt and bar were unregular. The bar staff was rarely there. The room safe failed. Overall the facility did not feel well managed.

If you are looking for a bed to sleep in, this is a fine location. Beyond that the staff is less than helpful, the bath faucet was loose, the breakfast was low quality and overcrowded

Checking in was seamless and although we arrived prior to check-in time and were happy to leave our bags, the receptionist on duty was able to allocate a room. This was a small gesture that was greatly appreciated and enabled us to freshen up prior to starting our sight seeing.

I was not given a room at the hotel they were overbooked sent to a c rated hotel. I cant believe this! Sounding like airline experience. I am very disappointed. Is this how Expedia does business.

Everything was new and up to date. Peaceful place with comfy accomodation in a lovely room. Would have liked a luggage rack to put my bags on but , that apart, everything was very nice.

The hotel seems quite short staffed. Irritating that there’s no iron in the room and you need to go down to reception and sign it out for a max of 1 hour with no ironing board. Bit of a waste of time. Comfortable beds and quiet to be able to sleep well.

Great hotel, quiet area
Rooms were spacious and well equipped. We had a great nights sleep as the hotel is in a quiet area. Clean and modern throughout and staff are very friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the tourist areas but we preferred this to be away from the noise and had no issue walking / taking an Uber to the sights. Breakfast wasn’t great so I wouldn’t pay extra for this. Lots of much better cafes etc nearby.

Low expectations
I had high expectations on this hotel and got disappointed. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and small. No complaints there. But front desk made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. When I booked this hotel I got a $15 dollars credit from hotel.com towards the parking. I had to pay first and request to get reemborsed on the next day with a different front desk. Which seems they didn't like that. The whole experience with front desk wasn't good and welcoming. The parking is ridiculous, they only let small cars get in and even though is very hard to park. It should not be considered a hotel with parking. The breakfast wasn't on my expectations. They were not replacing what was over, few options and lots of flies flying around the food. If you are just looking for a room, fine, if you are looking for an experience, I wouldn't stay there again.

So stayed here for 4 nights in a superior room, which was very spacious with an amazing view; loved the decor. Big tick for room cleaning every day. Hotel is situated in a suburban district; 30/40 min walk to Lisbon Central, or 15 min walk to nearest metro station. Breakfast is typically continental, same each day. Reception / Staff pleasant, but language barrier proved to be a problem when we asked for more bedding / mattress topper as the bed was extremely hard which led to sleepless nights, the hotel did not offer support with this.

A hidden gem in Lisbon! The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Claudia and Maria were exceptional and ensured our stay was a memorable one. They always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They are truly an asset to the Neya! Edwardo in the bar is passionate about his job and is meticulous when making you the perfect mojito. Breakfast was organized and nice selection for a continental breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful, although aslow during check-in. Breakfast was good, plenty of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs were very nice. Location is ok, about 2 km from the centre of town and a taxi from the airport was less than €8.
